Hey great job with all the eating and running! I don't know how you can run so much but it's wonderful! Your meals are all so healthy! haha minus the beer, but everything's ok in moderation You're off to a great start!

Happy Easter!....So I weighed myself on Friday March 21st and I was at 167!!! WOOO....I lost 10lbs in 6 weeks...and half of that weight was lost until AFTER I started RUNNING...unfortunately, I think running and eating RIGHT are the only ways my body REALLY sheds lbs and inches....I've tried so many other ways and this IT I guess, and I'm excited about it....

This PAST weekend weekend I was very good, and I did a run (it was soo hot at 1:00pm over here 95 degrees...that I was seeing little stars and only did 5 mile run instead of 9mi ..../ 10 min. jump rope/ 15 min. pilates dance/ 5 min. water Hola Hoop...

Saturday: Ate very well again, and went on a 1 1/2 hour hike (HILLS) with my ARM ROPES....(intense arm resistance the whole way) and my BF

***So this past weekend was a friend's birthday and my BF and I decided to go out with a large group of friends to dinner ( I was GOOD) and dancing/ bar later....EVERYTHING was fine the whole night until we were sitting in the bar and I kept noticing my BF...thinking that he was being DISCRETE while continuously looking over at THE HOTTEST CHICK ever .....and even though the whole night everyone kept giving me nice compliments, at that moment I felt SO SAD, because though he tells me that I am STILL attractive, I haven't seen him look at me that way in a WHILE....and I ended up saying something about it and revealing a lot of feelings that have been building up, and he tells me the same as ALWAYS..."BABE, YOU are Silly, ALL THESE THINGS are IN YOUR HEAD"....and It KILLS me inside, BECAUSE in a SENSE...HE IS RIGHT..."I AM SO INSECURE OF MYSELF NOW, and I HATE IT"...I have NEVER been this way up until this PAST year that I had REALLY gained like 25lbs.... ......I realize that in this WORLD there will ALWAYS be someone more ATTRACTIVE than you, someone who is a BETTER catch, and ALL, but when you are confident about yourself, they DON"T look or feel so INTIMIDATING to be around!

I am disappointed in myself, because I KNOW HE IS HUMAN, and HONESTLY, he did TRY and do it DISCRETELY, but I still SAW and it still HURT because I WANTED to be as BEAUTIFUL as her and have HIS eyes GLUED to me LIKE that!....So my night was pretty SAD, and I WAS mad at MYSELF for letting MYSELF "GO" this "FAR" and not have taken better CARE of my HEALTH! I can't wait TO CHANGE THAT...and So FAR so GOOD!...

Overweight or not I would be pissed off with him.....next time you go out do the same thing and see how he reacts. And then tell him he is over reacting. I bet he tried kissing you after all that, right? I used to have an ex that did the same thing....thats why he is my ex.

THAT WASNT ADVICE, I AM JUST VENTING WITH YOU.

Hahaha.....You are RIGHT Leslie.....and I think it bothered me more, because he REALLY was being SOO sweet and caring and hugging and kissing me....SO THEN WHY MUST you look on OVER..YOU KNOW....but hey...I guess SOME GET CAUGHT & the REST DON'T!!...It's OKAY and my REVENGE is MY HEALTH....so watch out....cause SOON he'll have to "EAT HIS HEART OUT!".........Thanks LOVE!

I really need to repent of my sins and get back on track with this weight loss. I so cheated all weekend and today I had a burger with supersized fries. shit I am pissed off with myself......bringing sexy back.

Oh and I ate alot of oysters this weekend when we went to the coast....you know what they say about that? Its so true!

OH MAN....YOU got me CRACKIN" UP!!! SuperSIZE huh?!?....DO IT or DO IT "BIG", huh!! Well at LEAST you got it out of YOUR system...I hope! LOL....I didn't do that GREAT on my DRINKS...damn! MY WEAKNESS! And I got NO exercise SUNDAY, and I was feeling so GOOD ....and then when I'm angry I want a DRINK to put on thAT again! BAD! BAD!....HOPEFULLY, BACK ON THE RUN AGAIN TODAY THOUGH!....So is that Treadmill working out for the BOTH of you, or is just you on a MISSION by yourself, and you catch him moving it out of the WAY to watch TV...ahahah!?!?....I'd LOVE to come HOME one day and catch MY BOYFRIEND doing MY PILATES videos all in a
"PRETZEL" or the HIP HOP abs ONES...lol....I WOULD DIE on the FLOOR laughing!......

Cool March 24 & 25th

Monday, March 24

--Breakfast: 3 oz. Tofu with 3 egg whites

--Snack: 1 quaker oats granola bar
--2 rum & Diet cokes ( My friend is such Bad Influence ) happy hour
--NO LUNCH
****Was the ONLY day I did not take my vitamins or drink my Tea and I felt the difference, LETHARGIC all the way, after work I even had to go home for a NAP instead of a RUN at the park.....BUT I did get up and GO TO THE GYM****

Exercise: 30 MIN walking @ 15 incline/3.2 Speed (very sweaty) NO HANDLES
& then....Assorted weights for arms AND legs....(I'm starting to see
some change..)
& another 30 MIN walking @ 15 incline 3.2 Speed-NO HANDLES
5 min of water weighted HOOLA HOOP and Arm Circles

***It was a BAD eating day...for some reason I didn't get hungry, had a lot on my mind***

--Dinner: Vanilla Soy Protein Shake, Fat Free Milk, Cinnamon, Assorted Frozen
Raspberries/ Blueberries

Tuesday, March 25th:

**WooWoo...I started GREAT today....My BF didn't BELIEVE that I would get up today at 6:15 to go to Bally's and do the 1 hr REACTION CYCLING class, and JUST TO SHOW him HOW SERIOUS I am, I DID,...mind you TEMPTATION to crawl right back into BED was STRONG!! BUT once up and at em, I felt GREAT, and, I knew that tonight I was going to my little sister's birthday Dinner tonight....plan to do SALAD so exercise was going to be Morning or NEVER....so I WANT to be ACCOUNTABLE for each and EVERY day, and I did it....and I SWEAT like CRAZY...hopefully, I have given my BODY a BIT of a Routine change and it will KEEP me losing a steady amount of weight weekly!**

Breakfast: 3 oz. Tofu w/ Fresh Spinach Leaves/ and 3 egg whites
*vitamins and Green Tea are back in action

Snack: 1 grilled chicken tender and a handful of soy Edamames

will be....
Lunch: Salad w/ chicken strips and grated cheese (premade)

Snack: 1 grilled chicken tender and a handful of soy Edamames

Dinner: ...Salad of some sort (restaurant)

Maybe...walk the dog at night.....

*** I'm feeling way better about myself, in respect to the exercise amount, and my endurance. I definitely felt great going to the gym this morning and am SERIOUSLY considering getting up EVERY morning to do at least an extra hour of Various Cardios available to add to my afternoon RUNNING, and If I do, I am DEFINITELY going to increase my caloric intake, so there will not be too much of a deficit causing Starvation.***
--I have a cruise MAY 23 coming up and I hope to be 20 lbs SLIMMER...I know that is a lot in such a short time, BUT if I kick it up, I might come close....and as Long as I DO try my hardest I will still feel ACCOMPLISHMENT in my SPIRIT, and it will give me the SATISFACTION of PROVING to myself and my BF...THAT I AM A COMMITTED PERSON AND I DO HAVE DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATION!".........so there!


...HOPE I CAN DO IT....

I think it is perfectly natural for both men and women to look at other attractive people and admire their beauty. Now if your guy is going over board and drooling then I would be insulted. But you are right...unfortunately most people equate beauty to being thin. It's sad but true. How many UGLY women have you seen that had a totally hot body where the guys were falling over themselves to get her attention? It's borderline disgusting but it is a reality that we live in. You are a beautiful woman and I would just use this as motivation to get those pounds off and join the club of "Hot Women". I'm working my way their one pound at a time. LOL

When I was out for St. Patty's day I went to a trendy restaurant/bar near my house and the place was filled with beautiful men and women. The women though were all super thin and wearing those cute short shorts with skin tight tops and heels. All looking very chic and cute. I have to admit how badly I wanted to be thin like them and take some of that attention for myself. It definitely lite a fire under my bootie to keep working towards my weight loss goal!

Heck yeah girlie, that's the attitude! Our image is everything...in love, in work, in life in general. I'm sooo looking forward to getting over this hurdle so I can find other things to worry about besides my weight and how my clothes fit!! LOL

Talking March 25th and 26th

************************************Tuesday, March 25th...****************************************

***Yesterday turned out I didn't have one of my chicken strips and edamames....because I saw a BUM laying outside of where I work for hours, and I felt really bad and figured he could use it more than me and since I was leaving, I gave it to him along with some nuts I have....HAHAHa...I'm sure a HEALTHY meal is not ONE that he wanted, BUT beggars can't be choosers!***

Dinner: One bowl of Vietnamese "pho" soup....(not the big one)
***I now share every meal when I go out to restaurants...better portion size**
-also, one tofu seaweed wrap with a hint of white rice in it (yummy)

Snack: One small soy Tofutti ice cream sandw. (70 or 90 cals with 2gm of fat)

***drank all my tea and all my vitamins***overall good day

******************************************Wednesda y, March 26th:*****************************************

**I am still really motivated and really want to get up in the mornings as well, since I went to bed really late last night it was hard to get up this morning like I would have wanted to ...Tomorrow for sure though!**

Breakfast: Vanilla Soy Protein shake w/ raspberries, added Fiber, fat free milk
*tea and vitamins are still in effect 3x a day
Snack: One Quaker Oats granola bar

Lunch: Vanilla Soy Protein Shake (same items in it) w/ vitamins & tea

Snack: 1 1/2 oz of Assorted nuts 30 mins. b4 my run
will be.....
Exercise: Run 4.5 miles @ the Park......(hopefully the Gym too for some more cardio).....and maybe a PILATES video and some HOOLA when I get home! (I'm sooo motivated)!!!

Dinner: May be a Shake or Salad.....

Snack:***I've been craving a Pinkberry frozen yogurt (only in Ca & NY)** they are so amazing, taste great--1/2 cup has 70 cals no FAT , so even if I have the large one it's still okay and they top it off with FRESH cut strawberries and kiwi*** YUMMY

I woke up too late today to bring any other snacks with me... TOMORROW

I'VE BEEN SOOO BUSY LATELY, BUT I HAVE BEEN EATING REALLY WELL, SHAKES AND SMALL PORTIONS W/ VITAMINS.....

WEDNESDAY EXERCISE: 4.5 MILE RUN @ park
30 MIN TREADMILL @ 15 INCLINE 3.0 SPEED(NO handles)
20 min weight Training

Thursday Exercise: 4.5 MILE run @ park

Friday: OFF

Saturday: 9 miles @ the Park
1 hr of Treadmill @ 15 incline and 3.0 speed (no handles)

****I've been really late this whole week as far as getting up, so I actually HAD TO have protein shakes,......I GUESS WHAT DOESN"T STARVE YOU, ONLY MAKES YOU SKINNIER!***** NEXT FRIDAY will be two weeks since I have weighed myself, so I plan to work really hard until then.... for next FRIDAY I hope to have lost 2lbs at least****

Wink New Makeover!!!

I'M SO EXCITED BECAUSE HE TOLD ME THAT AS SOON AS I HIT ANOTHER 20LBS GOAL OF LOSS, WHICH WILL THEN BE 30LBS ALL TOGETHER.....A NEW MAKEOVER...IT IS FOR ME!!!!

SO 20LBS....HERE I COME......I ALREADY HAVE WAY NEW PLANS WITH WHAT I WANT TO DO WITH MY HAIR....AND A NEW SEXY OUTFIT...HERE I COME!!!!!!

I THOUGHT THAT WAS PRETTY SWEET...HE'S REALLY PROUD OF ME....
& ME TOOOOOOO......

THE OTHER DAY I WALKED IN FROM THE GYM, AND HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID....."WOOOAAA, I CAN REAAAALYY TELL YOU ARE LOOSING....GETTING SUCKED UP OVER THERE @ THE GYM..HUH?"........I WAS SOOOO HAPPY!

Thumbs down Bad Party...bad!!!

I CHEATED!!!!!! .......

I ONLY ran 9 miles YESTERDAY...the GYM was closed when I got there........I was REALLY happy to hear that cause I was pooped....BUT hey...I TRIED......hahaha....

ALL DAY I HAD SHAKES AND LITTLE SNACKS.....BUT THEN......

YUP...A PARTY..... and it went DOWNHILL from there,.....

I had 4, 8 ounce cups of CRANBERRY and VODKA.....uggg...and they were
strong.....dammnnnn BARTENDER.....& then.....

I had 4 of the GREASIEST tacos of MY LIFE....I took the extra tortilla off of them, but my fingers were greasy....OOOOhhh.....I was REAL TIPSY......and I also HAMMED down a chunk of CAKE....

soooo BAD......I wish I could EMPTY that LOAD...but OH WELL

Don't think I'm gonna EXERCISE today....I"M STILL POOPED and HUNGOVER....soooooo.....BUT on the PLUS NOTE:

** LAST NIGHT I "REAllY SQUEEZED" INTO MY OLD "SIZE 5" STRETCH JEANS
I JUST TRIED THEM ON FOR THE HECK OF IT, CAUSE BEFORE THEY WOULD GO TO MY KNEES ONLY....AND MANY SQUEEZES AFTER...I WAS IN....AND STAYING THERE....SO AT LEAST I KNOW I'M GETTING SOMEWHAT SMALLER, AND IT WAS NICE TO WEAR A DIFFERENT SIZE OTHER THAN MY USUAL 13's....sOON I HOPE TO BE OUT OF THEM 13's FOR GOOD**

NEXT FRIDAY THOUGH....THE SCALE & MEASUREMENTS CALL......
