Well let me start. My name is Jenna and im 5'5''. My starting weight was 214 pounds and a size 14/16. Over the past 2 years, i've lost 63 pounds, bringing me to 151 pounds and size 8. My goal is to be 115 pounds and a size 4 at the most. I've been stuck at around 150 for EVER it seems! Like since summer..I mean at least im maintaining it but still I want to keep going down already and am stuck! Any advice? I'm excited about this forum and already joined a challenge thread lol. |
