I have come to the conclusion that the only reason some people are alive is because they have not been shot yet- heard that somewhere on here.
I drive over 700 miles yesterday planning on staying out of town and get a call from my boss at 530 telling me that I need to come back into town so I can sit with her during a conference call- WTF??- so I come in last night...
Conference call cancelled..... I hate things sometimes.
My guys are not playing well with others, I needed to put out another fire at 2am- my guys are not even working nights!!- not sure how the store got my phone number.....
So I have been busy as hell since about 230 this morning and have been at the office since around 5.... ouch.
But- I was able to run yesterday for the first time in 2 weeks. I am slightly sore in my groin but not the blinding pain it was 2 weeks ago. I need to take it easy, not run today and see how it is..
With all frickin day spent in the car yesterday I ate like crap. Not ate crap but like crap. I picked at snack type food all day..
Day needs to get better and this week needs to end- although when you say that every day/week is it a bad pattern???
Need to talk to Steve regarding the split squats also- wondering if that could be causing my groin issues..... |

Most people would use the stress as an excuse to continuously give up, to eat crap, and to avoid the gym. But you always keep trying. Kudos. |

Rep Power: 42 | | Brian, eating like crap, but keeping the crap foods out is really a good compromise. I know that you aren't satisfied with it, but that's because you are going all or nothing (as far as weather you are happy). You've come to the realization that if your diet isn't perfect, make it as close as you can. Why not try that with your self. If you see your progress as less then perfect, just make it as close to perfect as you can. Don't beat yourself up over the small things. |
