Serisouly, I am so glad to see this shift in you, it makes a great person even better | Thanks Ali. Great and happy could be a stretch but all is surprisingly going well in my life.
I love running because when you are fat and smoke you cant do it. I hate that I did so much bad to myself from 16-33....
plus I am rarely in my right mind. |

*goes over and gives Brian a big birthday hug and a kiss* | Thank you so much Ali. I usually hate anyone acknowledging my birthday other than my parents. It always just showed my that another year of my life was wasted. This year though there has been so much good happening in the last half of 33 and there is so much good to happen in the first half of 34 that I do not mind if people acknowledge it.
This is my first birthday in a long time that I can say I am happy. |

No blast though. Work as usual and then the wife has class tonight so I will not see her until after 10pm....

I am going to give my groin a few days off- still not squatting of any type until next week- and not run until probably next week. But I was able to! With no more pain than one would expect from running after a lay off like that. I stretched for 10-15 minutes after just to make sure I was not going to re-injure it again because of improper stretching.
I am pleased. | Congrats Brian! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
