Rep Power: 27 | | I had a court appearance this morning so I thought I was going to go to the gym and then come home and prep - when I went to bed last night I was BEAT so I decided I would skip the gym and just get up and prep.
I finally woke up at 7. Court is at 8:30. Needless to say, I was running very late w/little prep time.
Not a good way to start the day and no workout to boot.
GRRRRRR....
It jsut is a day, I am still pissed but that will pass I am hoping...I should go back to selling jewelry I swear. |

Rep Power: 24 | | Life was so much easier when I was a carpenter- just me and my tasks and only myself to answer to.
I really enjoyed it. I did not make a lot of money and my body was breaking down but I enjoyed it.
Can you go to the gym after work, get some aggression out?
I am going to bring myself to exhaustion tonight on the treadmill. Wife at grad school until 9 I can tear it up for an hour and no one will care. I wish i could do weights, anger is great with weights. |

I will make it up on saturday and get my rage out that way... |

Rep Power: 24 | | Geez, long day away from home.
Rip it apart Saturday- have fun with it. I actually find if I use my anger/frustration in a positive spin and truly enjoy being pissed I have the best workouts.
I really think tonight, although just the treadmill, will be very good. |

Rep Power: 24 | | | People have pretty much left me alone this afternoon. Possibly due to the steam coming out of my ears. I was able to get caught up on my project this afternoon.
So yes. Still not in a great way overall due to how the day started, but yes. |

Rep Power: 24 | | Got home today- after fighting I88 home this time- and immediately got on the treadmill. Man did I need today!
Ran 4.68 miles in 45 minutes including a 3 minute warm up and 2 minute cool down. I also had to ratchet it down for 230 in the middle of it all- started to cramp.
One of my long term goals is to run 6 miles in 60 minutes and this effort puts me closer to realizing that.
I ate pretty well tonight. 1 can of sauerkraut is only 55 cal. Goes great with an onion and leftover ham and of course some Tabasco. All this for around 700 cal. So happy- well, as happy as I can get over food anyway.
I most likely am done for the day at around 2500 cal. I burned around 800 on the treadmill. Overall this is a little low for me but i have been a little high the last 3 days so I am not concerned. |

Decompressing is difficult with someone home. That is why I am pleased my wife is at school tonight.

Rep Power: 27 | | Me time is sooooooooooooooooooo important...I need a day to veg, no work, no hubby, no kid...just me, all alone
Good things happened on that treadmill, huh? That's great to hear - I tried running but learned that I am not very good at it, sadly. I stick to the elliptical but it may be that I am slow, I am not sure. I usually do 30 min, which gets me 2.5 miles and about 450 cals (including the resting cals I would have burned just sitting on my ass)
It feels fast to me, I usually stay around 80-85 RPMs and go from there.
The evil cat has been staring at me...I wonder what she is plotting??? | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
