I have a 16 month old daughter. Right from the time I fell pregnant up until today, I've not looked at my weight. As a result, not only did I gain too much during pregnancy, but failed to shed any of it after birth. To make matters worse, I even managed to gain more kilos. So all up, I am 13 kg over my pre pregnancy weight.
I had been steadily gaining weight even in the years before falling pregnant - which means in the last 5 years I have gained 20 kilos, and I'm just 31 years old! To be honest, I havent really bothered to get that weight under control so I have only my laziness to blame (You'll be hearing lots more about the laziness )
I've finally decided to take the plunge and here I am. Will need all the help, encouragement and stern 'talking-to's I can get, so please support my journey!
