Hi ya guys.

I've been away for a while.

...I'm Back...

Boy Howdy do I need Support!

My family is not supportive/helpful, and sadly my hubby is not supportive.

It's hard when you're trying to lose weight and become healthy/revived & you have to do it alone.

The only friends I have are on-line and I've tried very hard to meet new people lately but that is not easy when you are starting from scratch..Where do I go? lol

I tried local meetup groups but they are too far away.

No one is in my area and the groups I tried never planned activities near me.

I'll keep searching for local groups that may fire up near me.

I have been in/out of major depression cycles and my emotional eating started up again.

Before C-Mas I reached a New Low of 170.0 lbs but during the holiday's I lost my groove and never got it back.

I had spurts of energy and will power but it quickly burned out.

I was gaining/losing the same 6-7 lbs. and never saw the 60's.

I have just had too many "give up" cycles caused by an assortment of reasons.

Now, I have blown all the way back up to the damn 80's.

I'm now 181.0

I look/feel horrible!

I need to break this horrible cycle and get control NOW.

I'm so tired of feeling like I'm living in an active washing machine.

Enough is enough!

All of my bulges and rolls are back along with my 2 chins.

My inner thighs make me want to scream as well.

I can't wait to get some weight off and hopefully have a much better pic to share next time!

At least I haven't thrown in the towel and quit.

That's gotta count for something I guess.

Wednesday - 4/2

Day 1

I will weigh in every Friday... I'll take measurements, every 2 wks.

Materials:

Richard Simmons (New/Updated) Food Mover *1,400 Calorie Card*

Exercise Routine:

Richard Simmons: Disco Sweat Cardio dvd

Richard Simmons: Tone & Sweat Strength Training (w/tonin' cords) tape

15 Min. Pre-Walk Work-Out (exercises w/tonin' cords/dumbbells)
35 Min. Brisk Walk

20 Min. Walk with Spurts of Jogging

Circuit Training - 35 Mins.


Weigh Ins - Every Friday

Starting Weight: 181.0

Starting Measurements:

Mid-Section - 34 1/2 in.

Waist - 35 in.

Hips/Tummy (ending under belly-button) - 42 in.

Inner Thighs - 26 in.

I've had a healthy breakfast and lots of water so far.

You have lots of friends on this forum.

Dont let the little set back phase you. Those pounds can be lost again - just like last time. I am sure that you can do it.

These things are not easy for any of us - but together I am sure that you can get there.

I had a good day today..

I'm off ta bed bc I don't feel well.

I'm havin' another dizzy spell and my tummy hurts. (This has been going on for a few weeks off/on)

I hope I feel better in the morning.

I'll be makin' a Dr. appointment as well.

If you are having dizzy spells and your tummy hurts - I hope that you are making sure that you are eating properly. I know that you want to lose weight - but please dont starve yourself. You can eat tons of healthy stuff and lose weight. Sometimes people get dizzy when they are not eating enough.

I hope that you feel better soon. Good luck with the quack.

Margaret: Yep, I'm getting plenty of food/water.

I'm calling today to set up an appointment.

I'm feeling better so far..I have a lot to do today, so I hope I'll stay well.

Today is Tone & Sweat day w/toning cords and it's also cleaning day.

I'm a little nervous bc we are supposed to get severe weather today.

I'll watch the news at noon to see if there have been any changes.
