Just thought I'd see what you guys all thought about what time at night it is best to stop eating when trying to lose weight. On this site, I've read a few different things such as not eating carbs after 9, or not eating anything after 7... I am a college student and am usually awake until about 1-2:30 in the morning just doing homework and such and my normal workout routine is 3-5 times a week around 8:30-10. I want to lose about 18 pounds so I'm really trying to kick this diet into high gear!
