Hey guys,
Just thought I'd see what you guys all thought about what time at night it is best to stop eating when trying to lose weight. On this site, I've read a few different things such as not eating carbs after 9, or not eating anything after 7... I am a college student and am usually awake until about 1-2:30 in the morning just doing homework and such and my normal workout routine is 3-5 times a week around 8:30-10. I want to lose about 18
pounds so I'm really trying to kick this
diet into high gear!
