Not that you all do nt have one as well but my life got a little hectic the last few weeks. So here is what has been going on.
I have been mantaining a below 2000 calorie
diet. I am going to the
gym 6 days a week. At least once aweek I walk to and from work 1.9 miles both ways. While working out I ride th ebike now for 20 minutes at a steady clip doing 4.68 miles in that twenty minutes. I switch off from upper
body to lower
body every other day. When lifting though I use the lowest weight as I am not tring to gain muscle but trying to tone my mucles and loose
fat. I also do 40 crunches for my
abs and for crunches for each side for my obliques.
I will update my tracker but I have lost already I think about 12 lbs and now down to 243. I have not messured myself recently but I can now fit in to my size 36 shorts and pants right out of the dryer and they are not tight. I will definitly try to get on her more now that my life is slowing down. But my first
goal is almost achieved being able to show some results by my family reunion. That is next friday.
