Thought I might join you guys in here....I am hoping that by posting what I eat on a daily basis, someone can give me some insight to where I am going wrong as I have been stuck at this weight now for months.
I have lost 11kgs since September 2007 but for the last couple of months I sit between 75 and 77kgs and don't go up past that, or down past it either.
We tend to eat alot of low fat frozen meals for dinners due to the hours that we all work in our house - could this have something to do with it?
Anyway, I will just start posting - constructive criticism would be really helpful at this stage but if anything, I might be able to see myself where it is all going wrong just by writing it all down.
the downside to the frozen meals (other than the taste) is that they are full of sodium and really nothing nutritious added... So it could absolutely play a factor in weight loss.
a little bit of preplanning once a week you can make your own meals-- and have them taste better and be a lot healthier for you long term
