. . . . what about a "cook-n-serve" FF butterscotch pudding? Do they make those? |

Rep Power: 19 | | | I like the WW program. It can be annoying sometimes when you can't figure out a Points value but otherwise it's great. You really learn to eat healthy - 5 fruits or veggies a day, 8 glasses of water, 2 servings of healthy oil such as sunflower oil, canola, safflower, etc. It forces me to behave, lol. BUT, I can eat whatever I want. I just have to watch my portions. Portion control is obviously very very important.
And, yeah, I'd lose my Points for a whole year with your wife's dessert! lol |
