OK, I'm a tad late this morning. I'll blame it on my attorney. She was on her way to a depo, got lost, and called her personal OnStar (me) for assistance. I am just so helpful. I should give myself a raise . . .

Anyway, nothing new or exciting to report today. Sun is out, feeling good, have stayed away from the junk drawer. I have not eaten breakfast yet, but I need to. Funny thing. I used to wake up with my stomach growling. Now that I have been eating right I am not as hungry when I wake, sometimes not at all. Strange. It seems the more I eat the hungrier I am. I have not been getting in my exercise as I should. I've got to do better! I plan to sit down tonight with my trusty little organizer and schedule appointments for exercise. Perhaps then I will be less likely to break the sessions I plan. It will be more "concrete" in writing and I so hate to break appointments. We'll see how that works out. It's so easy to not go after a long day at the office. Silly, really, because I know it will wake me up and I will feel better afterward. I wish the weather would stay warm and dry for a little while. One day it is warm and mid-70s and the next it is in the 50s and raining and dreary. It really pulls my mood down on those days. I want consistency, damn it! I am actually looking forward to the horrible heat of summer. It will keep me active and I tend to eat less. And, now that I've realized I am rambling, I take my leave.

With some of my clients, hanging an 'exercise calendar' on the fridge was the cure-all to their consistency problems.

And I hear you on the weather front. Today is absolutely beautiful though so I can't complain. Yesterday was cold and wet.

Tomorrow is supposed to be even better than today.

And good thing too, since I'm fishing all day down at the Jersey Shore.
