Rep Power: 0 | | yeah i didn't exercise today but i felt a bit on an urge to when i woke up early this morning. i might go for a run tomoow morning if i wake up early enough considering how strong i feel. wow that's awesome kotki you lost 7 lbs! how long were you on the cleanse for? i kind of want to try to master cleanse but i'm afraid of my teeth rotting..
second day on the apple fast: today was easier. i don't even feel weak at all, i feel normal/good and a little on the lighter side which is a good feeling :-) i ate 5 1/2 apples yesterday and 4 so far today. i also started both days with warm lemon honey water for a little extra cleanse and i'm not hungry at all, my appetite even seems reduced w/ less cravings. |

Rep Power: 0 | | 3rd day on apple cleanse: i feel good and light! i stepped on the scale this morning and i had lost over 5 lbs since the beginning of the cleanse. It's probably just the water weight but i have been drinking a lot of water. I also started my day with warm lemon water then warm honey water and I'll finish my day with a few teaspoons ev olive oil. The last two days i ate 5 1/2 apples each day so i will probably end up doing the same for today. tomorow i think i'm just going to eat fruits and vegetables so i can ease back into my normal meals..I also graduate exactly one month from today!! ah so very exciting and nerveracking at the same time. |

Rep Power: 0 | | ah thank youuu but i JUST cheated. i didn't finish my cleanse through the whole day and ended eating veggies cooked in oil with avocado & a bunch of raisins. there is also a cookie that is completely eyeing me in the kitchen..ah. i usually let myself eat more or something good on fridays.
i also went to nordstroms today and was trying on clothes, but i just left with nothing and feeling really bad about myself. those mirrors are horrible. i only like myself from the front angle all the rest looked way worse than i thought i looked. it was really depressing. note to self: don't go in nordstroms dressing rooms. the truth hurts. |

Rep Power: 0 | | another good day thus far:
exercise: morning jog + walk for over 45 min.
breakfast: green puree juice, orange juice, and a small peach (on the run)
lunch: (if you can consider it a meal) small handful of dried cranberries, green tea
snacks + din: NOT SURE YET. tonight is my friends surprise bday party so i'm hopeing there will be something on the healthy side to eat and i won't get carried away with the batches of cookies bashing around
edit: snacks/din: few slices of cheese with maybe 5 crackers, few slices of watermelon, few slices of cantelope, 1 baby pitas with hummus, brownie cake with mocha frosting (best cake EVER. seriously.), 3 milano cookies.
so i did get slightly carried away at the party ^.^ but i saved up calories by hardly eating earlier..so i hope that evens out.

Rep Power: 0 | | | aw thank you it was uber fun..i use that same excuse too! except mine is usually "don't want to put on makeup." hehe
today has been a good start:
exercise: morning jog. with walking probably about 2 miles. lots of walking around town, gotta burn off that cake from last night!!!
breakfast: warm lemon water w/ honey, green aloe vera juice blend, green tea, small cup of OJ to take my vitamins with. 1 egg white w/ veggies. 1/2 grapefruit, small handful of almonds, harlf a cliff bar.
lunch: black bean veggie stew w/ brown rice, small handful of cashews, green tea
snack: handful of dried cranberries
din: bowl of black bean veggie stew w/ freshmade tomato cucumber salad, 1 cliff bar, 1 tigers milk bar, like 10 pieces of dried mango
so i got a little carried away w/ dinner but i was soo exhausted from all the exercise i did today, i got in so much wlaking it was ridiculous, so i don't feel AS bad about my ginourmous din
goals for tomorow: try and count cal's.

Rep Power: 0 | | ahh me too especially tha summers almost here! gah.
today: weight: 145. down a couple lbs in the last few weeks yay!! i really want to lose at least 5 more before graduation (friday the 13th of june..ironic, i know) but i would preferably be down 10! either way i'll be satisfied.
exercise: none yet.
breakfast: green puree juice, warmlemon honey water, green tea, stir fry veggies (asparagus, brocolli, red pepper, squash, mushroom, onion, green string beans topped with tomato, cucumber and flax seed).. so nutritious :-)
lunch: 1 cup watermelon
snack: handful of almonds, green tea, big handful of dried cranberries
dinner: (it was large) sauteed veggies, salad w/ garbanzo beans, edaname, + yams. 1 cup potato salad. 3/4 piece of toast w/ butter
dessert: 2 large cups of rice pudding made w/ almond milk, 1 date.
okay so today was not bad but it wasn't good either, i should have cut out the toast and rice puding or potato salad. i'm feeling a little uncomfortable. goal for tomorow: go for a run!!!

Rep Power: 10 | | Hi and welcome
You look like your doing all the right things It's def a goood idea to halt the exercise while ur detoxing as you could really injure yourself Im thinking of detoxing at the beginning of next month so let me know how it goes!

Rep Power: 0 | | thank you tinkerbella! the cleanse went pretty well, i cheated on the last night and had a large dinner. but overall it was a good cleanse and weight loss aide, i would recommend doing it on resting days as i had school and started feeling low on energy...i might try doing it once more before graduation but on a weekend or for only 2 day.. good day:

breakfast: 1 bowl dairy free rice pudding, green tea
snack: 1 organic apple
lunch: brown basmati rice, black bean veggie soup w/ squash, green tea
din: blckbean veggie soup w/ squash + small salad.
dessert: large handful of dried cranberries, 1 fresh orange
