ah thank you for the support that's really encouraging!! i think i can definately do it as long as i stay on track.. yesterday i actually did really well!! and fridays are normally really bad for me so i'm happy! yay
exercise: not really any bleh.
breakfast: 2 cups green tea w/ honey & 1 orange.
lunch: bbq'd (wrapped in tinfoil) veggies topped w/ flaxseeds. few pieces of brocolli w/ hummus.
dinner: veggies (spinach, mushrooms, onions, garlic, brocolli, asparagus, green beans, carrots, cauliflower, parsley) cooked in EV olive oil w/ cashews, 2 egg whites
dessert/snack: large handful of dried cranberries, large handful cashews
PS. Exactly 4 weeks marijuana free today!
