I need a place to talk about my weight loss and things I go through. I hope I've found the right place.
I managed to go to the gym today. Hopefully I'll be going tomorrow and Thurs and Friday. I need to get on a kick here. I am going to train to do a dualthon. I'm hoping I can do it. I have a lot to work towards. The running is going to be the part I have the most trouble with. I spin all the time but I never run. So from now on I'm going to run after every time I spin. And i usually do about 10 miles during a class. Well depending on how long the class is and how much I push myself. I even lifted today which I havent done in forever and needed to terribly. And it actually made me feel a lot better about myself. My arms and shoulder hurt but I need to lift more often since thats what really keeps your metabolism up. So hopefully I can get back on my normal lifting schedule. Wish me luck!
So I actually got up this morning to make the 9am spinning class. I couldnt believe it. And hopefully I'll be able to make it to the morning one again tomorrow. I have a friend who said that she will be going which I guess is good motivation. I should lift tomorrow too. It'll make it the third time this week that I'll lift. I lift and spin 3 times a week most of then time but I havent lost any weight. Its terrible now seeing any results. I feel like I'm going no where or not doing enough. Has anyone else had this problem?
