Today is Day 1
Me (M) and my hubby (J) are starting the 6 day body makeover today. My mom bought it for us to try, not that she was hinting at anything =P
so we weighed our selves this afternoon
M: 190lbs
J:230 lbs
we are both around 5'10"
I have read a bunch of questions about this diet online so I though that by keeping track of everything that we are going through/eating and the exercise we need to be doing maybe we can answer some of the questions.
Daily eating
M:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal and half a banana
1st Snack: 1/2 cup rice, 2oz chicken breast
Lunch: 2oz salmon, 1/2 cup rice, salad with lemon dressing
2nd snack: 2oz fat free ham, 1/2 potato
Dinner: Vegi stir fry with 2oz lemon chicken and 1/2 cup rice noodles
Last Snack: 1/2 cup berries
J:
Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal and a pear
1st Snack:4oz tuna with greens
Lunch: 4oz crab, 1 cup rice, salad with lemon dressing
2nd snack: 4 egg whites (boiled) and 1 cup rice
Dinner: Vegi stir fry with 4oz lemon chicken and 1 cup rice noodles
Last Snack: 1 cup berries
We are only suppose to be exercising 2 days a week, but J and I want to be doing an bit more. So we are doubling up the days and walking every day
Today was just a walking day
I don't think that J and I have any specific goals in mind. I think we just really wanna see where we are in 6 weeks

Good luck on everything. I think you have a typo, its suppost to be 6 weeks not 6 days, right? Are you going to take pictures of your progress? if so im sure we would all love to see it. good luck.
