I know the products in our McDonald's differ to yours... I have found that one of the healthier things I can have there is a grilled chicken salad with the light dressing and a regular cup of corn (off the cob) mixed in. YUM YUM!!!

almost at the 100s, hey well done lady!!!

I had my first class yesterday (english), and my teacher seems relatively nice but I have a feeling she's going to work us really hard. She said we're gonna do like, 15 essays, even though the syllabus says 5. We also have to write at least 45 journal entries, 3 each class. AND we have this huge research paper to write. AND we have to define 30 terms about cultural literacy EVERY WEEK.
At least we only meet once a week.

sigh...

Today's my mom's first day back at school with the students, so I hope all is going well. I wonder if we'll eat at home or if she'll be so tired that we'll go out.

Tomorrow is my psychology class with my dad... I'm a little nervous, but I know everything will be okay.

eek.

ah well.
Bye

Hey! I just got home from my dad's class. He's a funny guy, really. I don't think all of the students in the class quite get it though. At least, I thought he was funny. Hell, he was good.
I'm at 203.9!!! YAY!!!
Peace!

Hello Lily,
Interesting, your father is your teacher? Sounds fun. And your other class sounds very interesting. I have taken a class like that before. The thesis are easy, its the rest of it that can be difficult lol especially when each teacher believes that thesis papers should be written differently...

good luck hun
always

Hey! Way to go on your weight loss too! Looks like you've been working hard.
Yeah, turns out my dad is a pretty awesome teacher.

Thanks for stopping by!! haha, it's been all lonely without you

Gotta get some school work done!
And for the first time, I'm not procrastinating!
Time to go!

I'm in Delaware! We went to the gardens today (twice). We have a garden family pass (and it has definitely paid for itself!) so we went to see the conservatory AND we came back at night to watch the water/light show. Pretty awesome! We're going back tomorrow to finish up, then we head on home.

Ok,ok,ok so I lied. I was procrastinating... But I'm leaving NOW, so it wasn't really a lie .

HAPPY LABOR DAY!! Is it an international holiday? I don't know the history of it. Oh well.

No work for the parentals so we ate at Arby's for lunch... I had an Arby's melt. I don't know if you guys have arby's near you, but an Arby's melt is a roast beef sandwich with cheddar cheese sauce. SINFULLY DELICIOUS.

soooo... that's basically it. Ham sandwich for dinner, just gotta make it. Yessir!

I don't use mayo, I use promise margarine... 45calories a tbsp.

Allllrighty.

Bye!

Thats the only thing I ever get at Arbys--I do agree sinfully delicious but so are their curly fries!

Hahaha.... I love arbys... but their mozzerella sticks and popcorn chicken are my favorite meal. I know, high fat, high calories, high everything, but OH MAN ARE THEY GOOD.

Class tonight! I've been emailing my English teacher and she is very nice and very patient.

That makes me happy.

Well, I've got to go get prepared. I need to pack up my bag and find my book that my sister says she has somewhere.

Back down to 203.6! YAY!!!
Periods suck.

Bye!!

Well, I'm at 30.7 lbs lost!!! YAYYYYY!

I had my psych class tonight! It went well!

I need to bulk up my calories more during the day, I've been struggling with getting my RDA while waking up too late for breakfast. Maybe I just need to get up a little earlier.

Oh well, I have to write 2.5 more journal entries and 2 papers... Soooo much crap.

Oh wellsss....

Heyyy folks.

I'm distracting myself from doing my work (see: procrastinating) So I'm just lurking around reading diaries...

I kind of have a headache.

I really should be going to bed...

Once again I indulged, but I stayed well within my limits

mmm... Ice cream and a warm brownie... I think I shall dream of that tonight.

<3 Annie

Goodness Gracious! I had quite a food day today. I had a PB&J for breakfast, then a mighty kids nugget meal at McDonald's (6 nuggets, small fry, diet coke) and then we had a wonderful dinner of tilapia and rice. YUM. Still stayed below 1400! Yay!!

I need some input on this. Recently, whenever I stand up or bend over or get winded, I start feeling really light-headed... Am I deficient in some nutrient? Is it Iron?

Hm.. I'll have to see what I can find out about this...

Well, bye.

Hm. My dad said I could have low blood pressure, which is weird because I've always had blood pressure on the high end of normal. Of course, I have lost over 30 pounds....

Oh man... I found out yesterday that my cousin, who has lost a great deal of weight, was using laxatives to lose it. That family (my cousins Cally and Claire, my aunt Lyn and her husband victor) is SO messed up. Cally (she spells it Cali, but I refuse to spell it like that) is a drug addict who used a dirty needle and almost lost her arm, Claire is apparently bulimic (it's still called that if they use laxatives, right?), and Lyn is in her 40's and hasn't held a job, like, ever. They live with my granddad (except for cally, who lives in florida) and they do NOTHING for him. They have credit cards in his name and he pays them a ridiculous amount of money every month to be around and help him out. He's 87. Noone but Victor helps him, and Lyn's been gone for several weeks living with Cally. They're sucking him dry.

Gah. So frustrating!!!!!

Annnnnyyyyywhoooo...
I'm doing pretty well.

As per some advice found on this site, I'm going to drink A LOT more water and see where that gets me with the whole ordeal. How much water is enough?

I'm at 200.3!! only .4 pounds stand in the way of the one hundreds!!

That's less than half a pound!!
