I did well today.
Cheers! | Even though I like chocolate, I'm more of a hard or sour candy kinda person. I like to eat gobstoppers (they're like miniature jaw breakers) but I only suck on them until the hard shell is gone. Once I get to the sweetart kinda center, I throw it away. I don't even count the calories I get from them cuz I figure it can't be more than 5-10 and it takes a while to suck the hard outer shell off them. |

I did bad. You did well! | Ah, look at the bright side! At least you didn't scarf down a whole family-sized bag of those delightful chocolate treats (I have, but just the plain ones. I had SUCH a bad stomachache! ) Quote:

No nutritional reason, I just don't like a lot of the stuff that they put on the gorditas (like lettuce, tomato, sour cream, etc...) I'm a purist. Haha.. Quote:

Sometimes I don't even suck them haha..

haha... I had a Burger King meal tonight. Large fries, 8 nuggets, diet coke... and allyphoe, if you're reading this, I know it's bad. I know. But it's seriously my favorite food. Ever. I gotta keep myself sane.
Haha, I did pretty well calorie wise! Yay!!
How are you guys doing? Haha I love how my thread turned in to the candy craving hot spot.

I think living over there and walking/biking as much as I did kept me from getting bigger than my biggest. When the weather was nice, I'd ride my bike to the supermarket and carry the groceries back in my basket and panniers. I also rode the bus to work (like most people) and did errands at lunch that involved about 20 minutes of straight walking at breakneck speed. |

198.6. Not weighing in again until next tuesday!
Here's to hoping I can muster up some willpower!
I'm going to Ledo's Pizza for dinner. Killlllerrrrrr! Awesome!
Do any of you have any nutritional info for a personal white pizza lurking around? I don't know how to calculate that... is it more calories than regular pizza, or less? More probably, right? Because there's more oil and stuff?
Rawr! I'm probably going to eat 1/2 to 2/3 of a personal. I have a lot of calories, and if I still go over, that's ok. I'm probably (definitely) going to have a brownie afterwards, too. So !
Cool cool! I'm awfully hungry right now-- I'm looking for a low cal snack that tastes good. How good are shrimp? I don't have any right now, but they're in the freezer, so I can have them whenever. Any suggestions (that I would like??)??
I'm feeling particularly happy today. I have no idea why, but I like it.

Rep Power: 10 | | oh man! I had THE BEST PIZZA EVER for dinner tonight!
And I got a brownie!
And I didn't go over my calories! Actually, I didn't come close! So I had the other half of my brownie and now I'm eating dried apricots and drinking sugar free hawaiian punch (blue berry typhoon!) with fiber!
YAYYYYY!!
I'm trying to get my fiber up since I haven't *cough cough* in a while.
uh... yeah
bye! |

Mmm, shrimp. I do my own cocktail sauce with ketchup, lemon juice, and horseradish (prepared, but not creamy - it's usually in the refrigerated section near the sour cream, but sometimes they'll have shelf-stable ones near the mustard). Very tasty, high in protein.
I spent a high school year in Germany, was miserably depressed (it is dark there all the freaking time!), and ate a couple 100g candy bars a day. But I walked 4 miles each way to school (so I could spend bus fare on chocolate), so didn't gain as much as I otherwise would have. |

Haha good. I dun need no stinkin popo trailin me!
(Oh, for those of you who aren't american/gangsta/southerners, popo is police, not poo poo. )
haha, if I had the choice between chocolate and bus fare, I'm pretttttty sure I'd take out a loan and have both. But then I'd be fat. And not happy (except for when I'm eating chocolate) So I think I'd be in a bit more of a predicament than you were.
Here is my link to my food journal on fitday for those of you who don't want to go searching through my diary for the link I've already provided.

I did good today! I went to a craft fair and walked around for like 3 hours... ate 2 slices of pizza... DIDN'T HAVE ICE CREAM OR FUNNEL CAKE also didn't have deep fried oreos/snickers bar And then I stopped at ten nuggets and a small order of fries even though my mom had 7 more nuggets and she wasn't going to eat her fries.
WOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! |

Rep Power: 10 | | Well... I haven't weighed myself. This shows a level of self control that I had not ever seen before. So, weigh in Tuesday!
I did pretty well today, I did have a bit of candy, but I stayed under 1400.
All is well in Annietopia!
We may go out to sonic for dinner, my mom and I, because we haven't been there and she really wants to go. So I said sure. I just need to work out my calories so I don't go overboard. Yayyyyyy!!!
Thanks for reading, I appreciate it.

OMG we just got two new Sonics in Minnesota this summer and I HAVE BEEN DYING TO GO THERE! I always see the commercials for the delicious looking Ice creamy things like the cookie dough blast and was always really sad because we've never had one around, Its been one of my goals to get there before the year is over! What do you like there?? |

Annie | Calories-wise, Sonic is doable for me as long as I don't get the large sizes. There's a Steak n Shake next door to Sonic and it's soooo tempting as their fries are so tasty. But I'll resist.
I try to avoid fast food but every once in a while I'll get some. "Fast food" for me now means low-calorie microwave meals.
By far the biggest issue for me is the fact that most socializing here in Dallas seems to take place over plates of food at restaurants. Yikes. |

OMG I <3 Steak and Shake too! Lol my boyfriend makes fun of me and always tells me that I "get a hard-on" for resturaunts that I cant eat at (sry for the language lol) but we dont have any steak and shakes either around MN so when I go on vacation I always have to hit up these Joints, its probably why I love them so much lol. Another one of my favs is the 7-11 Slurpees (we dont have those either) and the Golden Corral *best carrot cake ever*
Lol, sry Annie I didnt mean to make your diary a fast food paradise but I got so excited I couldnt help it! Stay strong, your doing awesome! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
