Calories-wise, Sonic is doable for me as long as I don't get the large sizes. There's a Steak n Shake next door to Sonic and it's soooo tempting as their fries are so tasty. But I'll resist.
I try to avoid fast food but every once in a while I'll get some. "Fast food" for me now means low-calorie microwave meals.
By far the biggest issue for me is the fact that most socializing here in Dallas seems to take place over plates of food at restaurants. Yikes.
What do they have there? I've never been, maybe I'll pull up a menu from the website.
I know what you mean. I don't go out with my friends much, but when we do there's always some sort of high calorie treat... Eek!

I like the coke ones and the blue raspberry, and the cherry (oh hell, I love em all!)
I'm not real big on Golden Corral, except they have steak and mac n cheese, and I can get as much as I want... maybe not such a good thing.
haha I don't mind, just stick some straight talk in there somewhere so I can look back and have something to feel supported by.

GAHHHHH... I've been craving sweets horribly (I blame it on my TOM) and my dad's birthday was yesterday. He got a cookie cake (my all time favorite!!) and I've been working really hard to resist... with partial success. Have you ever had a sweet tarts squeez <candy tube type thingamabobber>? It's pretty ridiculous. It's like, sweet tarts Gel or goo or something. Well I just ate one. They go surprisingly fast, but they give me a tummyache (just found that out). I worked it in, and I'll only go over calories by like 48 or so, barely negligible, but it is just CRAZY how badly I'm craving that crappy stuff. I was doing so good! I'll suck it up and just keep on going, making sure I write everything down and logging it in.

But my current mood is pretty much helpless and depressed which never makes anything good. I had a good day today. I had Burger King for dinner (I adore their fries!!) and I had enough for a large fry and nuggets. Diet coke, too, of course. I probably didn't have the best day nutrition wise... Cookie cake and BK...
haha... I had psych class w/ my dad tonight. I got a 99 on my test!! Awesomeness!!!!!!! I invited my friend Emma to the craft fair this weekend! YAY!! FRIENDSSSS!!!
My pants are fitting looser, and I may have to put a new hole in my belt soon!! I can take them off without unbuttoning or undoing my belt!!

RED LOBSTER for dinner. yummmmm.... I had 10 fried shrimp and some snow crab legs (and some mashed potatoes!) and I had a LOT of room left. soooo... yogurt, & skinny cow ice cream sandwich. mhm.

YAY!! Visiting my granddad today, went out to eat and had chicken tenders and fries and then a brownie sounded SOOOOOO good, and everyone else was having dessert, so I had one. Heated. BEST FOOD EVER. EVER!!!
I'm probably gonna get chicken tenders and fries for dinner too, because Roy Rogers has a lot of greasy stuff on the menu, and that's the only thing that really isnt.
The reason we're eating out again is that we're going to leave pretty late to make sure my granddad has some company for most of the day, and it's pretty ridiculous to ask my mom to cook dinner at 8:00 at night.
