haha... thanks for the heads up, it's just that my mom lets me buy sugarfree stuff but not stuff with real sugar.

Oh, and I know egg whites have nothing in them, but unless the eggs are scrambled, I don't like them with yolks. Just a personal preference.

ha... thanks for responding so soon, I was bored so I checked back and I'm like, Yay!! A new response!!

haha, yeah, I'm pretty loserish when it comes to being bored.

Hey! Well done on all your healthy choices!

Idea for the rasberries and strawberries... Chuck them in a blender with some yogurt for a yummy smoothie... mmmm, gonna go get me some berries!

That DOES sound yummy!
I worked it out in my calories and I had enough for a small chocolate milkshake, so I did!!
BUT I had a plain grilled chicken sandwich on a whole wheat bun, an unsweetened iced tea, and a pack of apple dippers with no caramel sauce for dinner, where I'd usually have a ten piece nugget, medium fries, a powerade, and a MEDIUM chocolate milkshake.
yeah.
haha.
It's my birthday in 2 days, and I'm going out to eat for lunch and dinner. I know I'm going to red lobster, and maybe olive garden or TGIFriday's, but I'm not sure.

Ohhhhh I can't wait.
I don't know why I'm so excited, it's not like I'm gonna get like a whole lot of presents, it's not a big birthday (#17), etc, but I just am.
:P
well, byes.

Well, sorry I haven't updated, but I'm in Illinois with my grandmom. No scale, nothing to keep me accountable. But I'm having a good time! I just hope I don't gain everything back. but yeah, I'm doing alright otherwise. My great aunt and uncle had this big 4th of july bash with all of my mom's side of the family there. :P It was fun! They even had sugarfree jello cubes!! haha, it's weird what makes me happy. Anyhow, I hope you guys had a great 4th of july!

Hey! I'm back! I weighed in at 218.0 today, 217.7 yesterday.
I am so happy I didn't gain all of that back.
A couple of pounds isn't so bad--- and I've lost one since I got back, I weighed in at 219, so I'm only a pound or so up.
I have to start logging my calories with fitday again.
BUT YAY!!!!!!!! I'm so happy I did so well!!

Thanks guys!
You're the reason I'm still losing!!

I am so proud of myself today! I (successfully) resisted not only a chocolate milkshake, but also an after dinner snack of fries and/or a taco.
So YAY!! GO ANNIE!!
I didn't weigh in today, I forgot then I ate and then figured I didn't want to see that on the scale, so I didn't weigh myself. haha.

but yeah! Pretty excited. when I had a brownie today, I was really good and only had a 1"x2.5" piece! And I LOVE brownies, so that was a real feat.

Anyway, I'm happy!
YAY ANNIE!!

YAY!! I weighed in at 217.0 pounds this morning!!
only .8 pounds until I get back to my lowest diet weight!

I'm trying to get my mom to do this with me, because she said she'd like to lose some weight she gained back after her surgery. (she had gastric bypass surgery a few years ago, and she lost a whole bunch of weight, but just like her doctor told her to expect, she gained back like, 20 pounds. It's completely normal, but now her doctor (a new one) told her she should lose what she gained back. I think, personally, that her new doctor is full of $h!t, but she wants to so I want to help and support her.)

So yeh. She WAS writing down what she ate for a little while, but I'm not sure she cares enough to really just DO this.

Oh well.

How are you guys doing?

Well done on your lower and lower low!

I'm a bit up this week, mostly due to being sick and not exercising the last week. I am working super hard this week to make a dent in my losses by next week! Let's do this!

HEY!!
The scale gods have smiled upon me!! 214.8!!
I honestly don't know how it happened, yesterday I didnt exercise except for walking to the car and sitting at a concert sweating my butt off.
I'm not expecting it to stay at that right now, I think the loss was mostly water weight... oh well. still happy!

I ate at TGIFriday's today, and had 2 cheeseburger sliders with some fries and a pork potsticker (that's what my mom got) Oh so yummy.
I had my mom's meat loaf for dinner, along with a baked potato and some broccoli with promise margarine.
I know that doesn't sound that great, but I've been really good about not snacking, which I think used to make up most of my daily caloric intake.

So until I hit a plateau, I'll keep eating this way. Hey, it works for me!

anyway, I'll bet you get a great loss next week! And even if you don't, stay on track and the scale will budge eventually

I guess I'm not too much of a role model or whatever, I haven't had much trouble with my loss so far.

byes!!
