Josh and I got it completely painted yesterday and the new carpet came in this morning. Thank the heavens above we're almost done with that! Oh and then I learned that Josh has just purchased three more rentals! WTF! I sure hope we get some better people in them or I'm likely to go postal and blow some houses up! LOL! Plus you know I have my new business venture so there are lots of things going on right now! I HAVE to get to the grocery store tonight no matter what or I'm not going to be any help to my team. Go RELENTLESS!!!!

hey paula, wanted to check on you as you've been so awesome checking on me. your advice is so much appreciated, you have no idea...so thanks again. when is your wedding? i think dana mentioned that we are all june brides?? interesting! wow, that is alot of rentals. hopefully he'll handle all the yucky stuff that goes along (ha! do they ever!!? jk) good luck with your challenge. i'm rooting for ya.

There are good renters out there, I promise! I know it has to be frustrating though after what you are going through with the ones that just moved out, and then him buying the others without discussing it first. I hope it all goes well for you.

Hello all! I guess I should clarify, I'm not upset that Josh purchased three more rental without talking to me first. That's what he does for a living is financial planning and investing so I don't worry about the purchases... just the thought of having to fix that many after renters leave!

Thanks HH! After years of being in a "not so wonderful" relationship, it sure feels great to be part of an equal, loving partnership. My kids and I are pretty lucky.
