Day 15- Week 3- 6 Week Body Makeover

Okay... I am at the beginning of week three of this thing and week 2 totally messed it up! I lost 5.5 pounds in week one and nothing in week 2 because I let life take control of my eating! BAD IDEA! Life is going to happen regardless and it's not always going to be an ideal time to exercise and/or eat right... I just have to remember how much better I felt physically with healthy food inside me AND how much better I felt mentally knowing I was making progress!

So I'm back... back to telling myself, "JUST FOR TODAY..." I'm going to do this! I WILL be going to the gym tonight and I WILL be busting out TWO cardio sessions a day until this stupid a** 25 pounds is gone!

So... I did 30 minutes of walk/running today while my kids ate lunch at our local school... PERFECT way to get in a little extra cardio so that TEAM HOOTERS CAN KICK SOME PALMS PLAYMATE BOOTY!

Any"hoo" (hoo... hooters... team hooters... get it? jk)... I WILL be going to the gym tonight. I WILL be doing another 30 minutes of cardio and some weight training...

Off to eat some healthy snacks!

Hey on a (somewhat) serious note... what EXACTLY do I need to buy for my shakes? I want to use my whey protein but I wanna give this "poo babies" thing a try lol... So what do I need to buy? How much do I put in the shake? And do I do it to all my shakes (I usually have 2-3), everyday? And no milk in the shakes right? Ha! And will it work with my diet or do I need to be following yours exactly? THANKS!

POO BABY recipe: Psyllium SEEDS
WATER/ICE
SOY or WHEY protein POWDER
YOUR choice of fruit.....I USE frozen rasberries and blueberries....
they are supposed to rev up your system...but I alternate....
1/3 banana.....makes it YUMMY

.........SO BASICALLY......this IS YOUR MEAL as you have BEEN doing......and the POO BABIES come from the PSYLLIUM SEEDS.....aka.....FIBER......so I put about 3-4 tablespoons......I EYE ball it NOW......but DRINK it FAST ....because THE FIBER...EXPANDS in the WATER....that is NOT the GOAL.....the GOAL is for the FIBER to EXPAND YES.....but NOT in the CUP.....but IN YOUR stomach.....so FASSSST!!!
ALSO...yes....EVERY single TIME I ADD it to EVERY single SHAKE....and I have about the SAME amount of SHAKES as YOU DO!!!......IF no POO BABIES....then YOU AREN"T putting enough PSYLLIUM SEEDS and CRANK it UP!!!


So that's the SECRET.....NOW DRINK up my LITTLE witches.....for I HAVE just GIVEN YOU THE SECRET to the WITCHES BREW!!!!! .............HAHAHAH...............!!!

Okay... Alta has me on fire! Got up this morning, had a healthy breakfast and then headed to the gym! YES I WENT TO THE GYM! Ain't no way no silly little bunnies are gonna beat me! HA!

So... 30 minutes of cardio and legs today.... HOO HOO HOOTERS!

Headed to my lunch cardio and then back to class.

Hey! I haven't had a chance to read your whole journal yet, but I'll get to it eventually. If you want to up your fiber without some nasty shake you can just throw flaxseeds or take a flaxseed oil supplement.

Anyways, just wanted to say, bust your ass... Vegas will be here before ya know it .
