Hey Lisa! Thanks for stoppin' by! I know you don't see the cobwebs now but it does get a little dusty in here lol... I can't be on the forum all day at work like some people can (lucky!) so my diary gets a little boring! It's all good though.

Not sure if I'll be able to get on tomorrow. The kids and hubby and I are heading up to our cabin for the weekend so... I will be texting my points to MJ for her to post. I'll be able to get some great cardio in up there and I'll take my bands for resistance training! Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL 4th!

Well I'm up here in Bear Lake LOVING THE VIEW! I didn't think my internet would work but someone left their signal unlocked so I'm taking advantage of it and jumpin' on here to check on everyone.

I'm going to take a nice long walk through the backroads today or maybe go for a little walk/run on the beach for cardio... Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Bear Lake Idaho... We have a nice little "cabin" up here... beautiful view of the lake from our patio... LOVE IT!
