I've been so busy with my management company and salon but I think I've finally got some things figured out so hopefully I will be able to be on here daily again...
I didn't do so well while in Bear Lake so I'm up a couple pounds but I'll get it off.
Going to start going to the gym at night I think. I personally like getting it over with first thing in the morning but Hubby wants to go with me and he DOES NOT wake early lol.... SO we'll see how that goes.
Anywhoo... I'm off to visit you all and show some CAPTAIN support! I've been slacking in that department lately (thanks MJ... future MVP )
I try to do the gym in the morning but since I've been having to get to work by 7 or 8 in the morning, it's too hard for me to do it then. I realized that my body will not physically get out of bed until it absolutely has to (work/school only), lol... So, this week I'm trying to do the whole gym thing at night, and it will work. That's great that hubby wants to go with you. Now you have a workout partner to help cheer ya on and motivate you!

...is the hubby SCARRED that his woman is TURNING into WONDER WOMAN over night...and SOOOO WANTS to JOIN HER...hmmmmm? you think? sexy into DROP DEAD gorgeous?!!!
I quite enjoy going in the morning despite having to get up at 5am to do so. I don't enjoy getting up that early, but there's maybe one other person in the free weight area at that time so there's no waiting for anything. Even on my holidays I tried to go early in the am to avoid any congestion.
Then again, having a partner is always awesome. I wish I had one.

Ha no he's not scared lol... he already thinks I'm hot lol (he needs glasses). He's just been commenting on his flabbiness so I know he'd be more likely to go if I went with him.

FISH! It's always a pleasure to see you drop in! I'm with you, I enjoy being one of the only people in the gym, although getting up early isn't as easy as it used to be. The worst part is getting up... once I'm up and at the gym, I'm glad I went and got it over with.
What I did today was got up and drove to the gym for 20 minutes of jogging on the treadmill. Then tonight I will go back and do a little more cardio and weight training with the hubby... that is the plan.
Diet today has been good. I only have 30 days until my surgery so I'm motivated to eat really clean and not miss any workouts. Cross your fingers for me.
I'm a total night person at the gym- from about 3am to 9pm its PACKED! I can't do it then, no way. I don't usually go till 1130pm or later, then its me and maybe five other people or so. THat I can handle
You'll end up kickin ass again this week, so keep up the great job!
Only 25 days until my surgery! I'm going to start doing a 30-minute circuit with bands for my training. I'm going to train 5 days a week and take the weekends off. With everything I have going on right now, I just can't commit to more than that and it has worked for me in the past so...
I'll be back soon to post and to check up on everyone. Sorry, I haven't been on here much. I will get on as much as possible to check up on all of you... with my tanning salon, property management company, 2 kids, hubby and house, I just don't have much free time lol...

Well, I'm going to re-join the Vegas Challenge. I just couldn't let my girls Jess and MJ down and I've met some new people that I enjoy... besides, since I quit, I haven't been to the gym once!
SO.... I'm going to just get up early... that's the only way it works for me... if I wait until the end of the day, it simply doesn't happen. Just getting up an hour earlier.... This week I will (hopefully) have my new office painted and moved into so I will be able to get on the forum a little more often...
Only 3 weeks until my surgery... I would really like to be no more than 140 by then...

Hey girlie!! I get 90% of my workouts done in the morning...it's the only way it gets done. Like you I do not have the energy to work out in the evening. I'm too exhausted...so either it gets done at 6am or not at all (w/the exception of Tues and Thurs nights when I have TNT track and Bikram Yoga).
What kind of surgery are you getting? Is it serious? Hope you don't mind me asking.
And when did you want to get to 140? I'm so anxious to reach 149lbs I can taste it!!
