Thanks Dana, I am. Just working on my Save the Dates since Josh is at work and the kids are with their dad. Can you believe I haven't gotten those damn things out yet?! I'm such a procrastinator!
Anyway, tomorrow I "officially" weigh in for the week so we'll see if I was able to keep those four pounds off... I haven't exactly been the best the past couple of days but I could have done worse. Oh and I found the perfect casual beach hairstyle today... too bad the girls hair is like a foot longer than mine! LOL! Guess I could always get extensions.
Anyway, this post really doesn't have much to do with weight loss but oh well.... I'll be back in the morning to post my weight. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
Hey Paula I am sure you are doing woinderfully girl! I can't wait to hear your weigh-in results! I suppose I should weigh in this morning myself to get my official weigh-in for my challeng with my sister!

and, I thought myself of doing hair extensions! Ive seen some really pretty ones out there. I just love long hair. My hair is really thin tho...My D's hair is straight, dark red, and all the way down her back. Hers is alll hers tho.. (and shes barely five feet and I have to send her to school with pitchforks to keep the boys off of her. ) ok I exaggerate...but its how i feel.
man, Im always digressing...I just woke up and cant see my keyboard yet. must...get....coffee/..
oh, and I havent done ANY band exercises..I will start. if not today, for sure tomorrow.
Good morning ladies! I haven't weighed in yet because I want to get my cardio in first. I know me and if I weigh in "okay", I won't exercise today so I'm making myself workout first and then I'll weigh in. Both of you (Dana and Kate) let me know what the scale says today.
I'm so excited that my goal for this week will be to get into the 140's! WOOHOO How great will that be?! Keeping the paper towel roll analogy in the front of my head! Gotta go do cardio... be back later to post my weight.
Well, just finished my cardio and upper body workout and weighed in... (drum roll)... it's official, I lost four pounds this week! YAY! So that means my goal for this week will be 148. I am so excited that this week I'm going to weigh 140-something! Time to change the ticker!!!
This is going to be a great week AND I noticed I'm not a "Newbie" anymore, I'm now a "Junior Member"... Movin' on up!

Back on the diet today after a weekend of cheating!
I didn't get up and do cardio this morning so I'll have to do it during nap time. I think I'm going to start doing a little cardio at night as well for a while. Dana has inspired me to do more!
Anyway, not much to say... off to teach preschool. Back later.

ok paula i love the pics, but you really should do something about your eye makeup!
just pickin...I can really see a difference in your face...you have a similiar facial type to mine,,it appears kinda heart shaped? that right? its one of the things i do like about my own face.
how did i miss your four pound whopper loss yesterday!!???

ok im back...re-read thread..you dont really post your foods! so give me a sneak peak at what you are eating on any given day, please? Id love to see what kind of calorie intake you are having.

I know I tend to over do it on the eye makeup sometimes! I guess I should just get over the fear of showing my face and uncover my eyes...
Anyway, yes four pounds this week! WOOHOO!!!
Here is a list of what I eat in a day: Breakfast
3 hard boiled eggs (two yolks) w/ ICBINB and 6 oz. light yogurt Snack
Protein Shake and apple Lunch
6 oz. of tuna with Tbsp mayo and 17 wheat thins (or two slices of wheat bread) Snack
Protein Shake and artichoke Dinner
1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese and a salad with rasberry vinaigrette reduced-fat dressing
That's it! Not any good at the whole calorie counting thing and it's easy for me to eat the same thing over and over... Each meal has a protein and a carb source in it.
I guess I could add up the calories, carbs, fats, and proteins on this list just for sh**s and giggles!
