Hello Brian, just wanted to suggest... if your childhood was crappy.. perhaps it was the same for your brother? And hes got issues that dont show like weight does? I know a lot of my problems came from the wicked witch from the west and whatever partner she was on at the time.. for me I got fat, my sis became a drinker and my brother became an asshole.....

For not commenting on your obvious weight loss...... I confront people... im confrontational... I would say something sarcastic like... hello did you ppl NOT notice .. woulda been nice if u had said something... make them feel guilty for not being supportive...

But then again he might have been jealous?... my family gets jealous anytime you do well...

Sometimes people dont comment on it even though they notice it! I always try to comment on weight loss if I see it because dealing with extra weight I appreciate what a "your looking good comment" can do for your self esteem.

I have also noticed that sometimes "jealous" people tend not to comment on someone elses success. Keep up the good work and dont let anyone get you down...your doing this for you not them so if they cant comment on it screw em

No, see my brother was always the irritating popular one in High school. He gained a hell of a lot of weight and now looks like crap but will never admit it. He had a typical childhood, mine was crappy. He enjoys being the center of attention and would never allow it to go on me.

But I'm not bitter.

I am only confrontational at work. In my personal life I am timid overall.

The decor is nice here now but we do need to do something about the furniture.......
Although with Trops bringing a kegorator things are looking up.

So today was pretty good overall. The project that just started is looking like it may run well after all. I chalk it up to luck not good management. I drove the hell all around Chicagoland today from store to store. Really sucks.
But all is well.
I ate reasonably well today and had a good workout.
Going to run tomorrow- 5 or 6 miles- to get things really going. My groin is healed I think but I do want to still take it slow. I may only run once this week again but and going to try to stretch it out another mile.
