hi my name is james at my i am 37 years old and happily married with 2 wonderful children brittany and andy
i was 277 at the highest weight
i am 5ft 11 my first goal is to get to 220

my first pic in my album i was around 260 the day my son was born
my second picture i was around 235
i am getting there, and for my health and family wish to make this loss permanent
please no harsh comments

You remind me of me when I had my first 2 kids (yours are beautiful BTW). We're the same height started at about the same weight and have similar goals. Glad to see you're gettin it done. I got you by 10 years and wish I'd lost the weight at your age rather than waiting until my 40's. But hey better late than never.
