YES. My friends. They don't know they are doing it, but when they buy me drinks at the bar, they are trying to subconsciously sabotage me! I told a couple of my friends NOT to buy me shots and they argued that they knew I was trying to be healthy but they wanted to include me with the drinking. They are good people with good intentions.

DO YOU HAVE A SABOTEUR!? haha

Oooh that's rough. Yeah and I know. Recently I told my buddy Chris to stop offering me diet-sabotaging things, and he actually was compliant!

BUCKEYE!!!!!!!! Miss you girlie! You are kicking some major boo-taaay with your food and exercise! What a motivator to come in here and see how hard you are working!

My doctor has put me on a diet and exercise regimen b/c I developed Gestational Diabetes. Soooo, I'm back in action and am back on the forum sooner than I thought. I'm really glad because I've honestly missed exercising and keeping track of what I'm eating! Not to mention all of you wonderful people that I really do miss! See you around!

I miss you too, and I will explain why I have been gone (COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) but I'm so glad you are back in action. You are one of those who I love following too, and I'm glad we are both really good at mutual support!!!! I love you girl!

Hey! Finals were insane, so hard but I did real well (3.89 GPA!). I'm so sorry about the family sickness, I hope it hasn't spread to everyone. I'm back, and we'll all get this weight loss back on track!

WOW! I have a lot of explaining to do!

First of all, as everyone knows, last week was finals for me. I was SUPPOSED to come on here Sunday evening, as a reward for all of the work I did for the weekend. HOWEVER, that plan was COMPLETELY sidetracked Sunday morning. I was minding my own business, finishing up a paper, and then ZAP! My computer just turned off. I tried and tried to turn it back on but nothing worked. I waited until the geek squad opened and they told me they could fix it in two days. UMMMMMMMMM, liars. I just got it this morning. So I had to not only re-write a paper I had worked on all weekend, but I then had to study at the library with their computers which were PACKED. It was stressful. On top of that I had to work Open-close-open-close the past four days, with today being my first day off. Needless to say I am still exhausted. I went to bed yesterday at 9 PM, because I was so tired.

I have been remaining on my diet and workout plan, so I haven't totally abandoned everyone here!!!! I have missed everyone!!!! I will try to get around to everyone's diaries by tonight, but no promises because I have to run to the library to study for my GRE which is Friday. STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below I posted my workout and food. I have really decided to up my game for the next couple of weeks. I am going to Detroit with my best friend to visit her boyfriend and his brother and go to Final Four games. Did I mention I hate basketball?! But the tickets are paid for so it should be fun. And by fun I mean I'm going to have a hot dog. Yes folks, I want to be strict so I can eat a hot dog at a basketball game. hahahahahaha I also want to look real good. My goal by April 4th is to weigh 178. I HOPE AND PRAY I can do it, but we'll see. I have devised (sneaky!) a strong gameplan. We'll see how it goes!!!

I'm sorry again for being so MIA but there was no way I could get on!!! I missed all of you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food:
Breakfast: Myoplex Lite Protein shake
Lunch: portabello mushroom on pita with thin slice provolone, mixed salad greens with at free ranch (dipped with fork not on salad), apple

Workout (hold your breath it was intense):

45 mins elliptical
15 mins sprints on treadmill

Circuit one: 10,15,20 reps all using same 45 lbs bar
Bench press
Tricep Extension
Shoulder press (beginning with bar at chest then push up, no idea what that is called haha)

Circuit two: 10, 15, 20
Lat pulldown front 45 lbs
Lat pulldown back 45 lbs
Seated row 45 lbs

Circuit three: 10, 15, 20 all with 10 lbs dumbbells
Upright row
Fly on ball three ways (arms out, arms bent with elbows in and arms bent at 90 degrees)

Abs:
Crunches on ball (3x100)
Weighted V-sit (6 kg ball, 3x25)

Cool down: walk home, 1 mile

I had a great day today!!!! I got everything in I wanted, and tomorrow I hope I can be just as successful. I went to the gym this morning and did a spinning class for an hour and then did all of my leg circuits for another hour. It was like Biggest Loser last chance workout!

Speaking of, woah. Biggest Loser was super intense tonight! I'm so impressed by Tara, she is definitely my inspiration. She is amazing, and you know what, I'm glad Aubrey got sent home. She was such a jerk to Tara after everyone put all of their weight on Tara's scale. I was so glad Tara stuck it to Sione and Filipe too, because those guys are too cocky for their own good, especially after the head to head challenge two weeks ago. SO IN SUMMARY, good for Tara! haha

I went out to eat twice today. For breakfast, I had a myoplex lite. For lunch, my parents and I went to an Italian restaurant that is awesome. I had the tilapia, no butter no NOTHING, grilled with double veggies. For dinner, I had grilled salmon and green beans and half of a baked potato. I also had an incident with nutella later, but I think I earned it!

I got all of my grades officially back today, and I got a 3.9! I made the Dean's List!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

ALSO, I got the BEST GALLERY IN COLUMBUS to have my internship. It is actually right around the corner from my apartment, so I'm super excited about it!! I can't wait! I only have to go in once a week, and the first and third Saturday's of each month. SOLID.

Well, I'm off. I hope everyone else had a great day too!!!

Oh, and I'm still at 186. Can't break through this barrier!

Thanks for stopping over at my diary!!! Thanks for reading, I try to say something of consequence but most of it is pure blather. I'm glad someone likes my nonsensical writing!

Myoplex Lite is a protein shake that is really low in fat, and high in protein. Also low calories clocking in at 170 so it is a real good one for women. I love it, and it tastes good. I love anything that tastes good!

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOO!!!!

So I'm still studying real hard for the GRE, and tomorrow might be a blackout day for this website (you guys suck me in, and don't act like you don't!!!). I just finished up some problems just now and I'm off to bed.

Tomorrow I'm waking up real early for that cycling class again. I'm really excited and my legs have stopped burning! hahahaha I realized why I haven't been losing weight (guys plug your ears) I'm on my period! Shoot. I was wondering why killing myself in the past two weeks hasn't done anything. Sure there were a couple "incidents" with nutella, but I mean not too much!!! Hopefully as soon as Aunt Flo hits packs her bags and leaves, I should be back in commission and get a big loss this week.

Today I woke up early and did a chat with a school I'm interested in attending in London online for two hours. Very informative. Then, I got ready for work and worked almost all day. I was supposed to only be there for a four hours but ended up being their 8 covering for someone. I didn't mind, but I was dying to get to my GRE stuff. As soon as I got off, I drove to Subway, got a big healthy dinner and then started studying until now. EXHAUSTED.

I will post my food down below, but I hope everyone else is doing well. I'll try to pop in either after my workout tomorrow while eating breakfast or Friday. Have a good night!


FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDD:

Breakfast: Myoplex Lite
Snack: Glass of soy milk
Lunch: Fiber One bar (wasn't expecting working for 8 hours)
Dinner: Foot long sub, wheat, turkey, lettuce, tomato, jalepeno, pepper, and lite mayo; bag of baked original chips
Desert: 4 ginger snaps

atm is 186... i want 185 sooo bad
because that will signify 30 pounds for me^^

hey!!! Sorry it took me so long to get back, I had to work really late on Friday and all day Saturday so today is my first time collecting myself. I worked Friday at my new internship all night after my GRE (more on that later). I love it! All I have to do is sit there and take phone calls, talk to people when they come in and read my book (or the other day it was Vogue). It was so fun and relaxing, I love it. Work has been crazy because it feels like when I'm not doing school related things or working on my internship, I am at Ann Taylor. I'm doing real well, and the more hours I get it shows that I am doing better but I am so tired. Today is definitely a re-charge day. I just cleaned all day after church (woohoo sticking to my promise to go during Lent!) and have been in control of my diet. I feel great in my newly cleaned apartment. YES! SUCCESS!

So my GRE WENT AWESOME! I did so well. I was aiming for a 600 on Verbal and 700 on Quantitative, and I ended up getting a 660 on Verbal and a 760 on Quant. I ROCKED IT! I got ABOVE the average of the incoming class of Yale!!!!!!! Not that I would ever apply there, but it is nice knowing that it is something I don't have to worry about when I apply to graduate programs. I start school tomorrow and am taking some real cool classes: a museum study class, contemporary African art, and a writing seminar. Combine that with my class credit for my internship and working, I am going to be so busy. I'm glad I will be busy, though, because it will give me less time to snack, more control of my schedule and let me control my food better. I'm going to work out earlier in the mornings than I have been. I think I should always jump start my day with a work out.

I worked out Friday and Saturday, but today I did not. I'm just taking it easy. I'm about to go to my friends' house to do laundry and watch a movie. I don't really want to go because I just want to relax, but the laundry needs to be done. Oh well.

Below is my food. I hope everyone is having a great Sunday. I'll try to post with everyone later this evening!!

Breakfast: Fiber One
Lunch: 2 slices of 35 cal bread, 1/3 serving lite mayo, low moisture mozzarella cheese, lots of lite deli turkey
snack: 4 gingersnaps
