Thanks, I figured it out! And I didn't have to erase my ticker. There was an extra line that just said ...url] so I deleted a space to make it fit on the previous line. Then, my link & ticker both had room. Hopefully you can add your ticker back.

only thing now is...in order to have great sushi, there is a lot of sugar and salt in the rice to get it to that sticky yummy consistency...let alone uses white rice.....

Yeah, I guess it's all in moderation! The ones that I got were made with brown rice and only 100 calories for 4 pieces. Even if I ate the whole roll it would have only been 300 calories. Yeah, I guess six rolls would definately kill the diet!! haha! I think I'm a bit "sushied" out, now. It'll be a good while before I eat it again. I just had to get that craving out of the way so I wouldn't go wild. I go through phases where I find something I like and eat it almost everday for a week until I can't look at it again....

My measurements

Two weeks ago I bought a measuring tape (couldn't find my old one at the time) and I measured pretty much my whole body. Yesterday I measured again and here are my two week results: First row is from 7-19 and the second row is from yesterday.

I went crazy with the tape measure and even measured my wrists! haha! Here are they are:

Body Part ..................7-19-08 ..........................8-8-08

left calf:.............................16 ''..............................16 ''

right calf:...........................16 ''...............................16 ''

left bicep:............................13''.................. .............13''

right bicep............................14''.................. ..............14''

left thigh:...........................24 ''......... .....................24''

right thigh:..........................23.5 ''............................23.5''

directly above bellybutton:.....51'' ............(-2 '')...........49 ''

directly below bellybutton:......52 ''...............................52 ''

chest:.................................48''............(-1'')..............47''

waist:.................................42''............(-1'')..............41''

hips:...................................52''........... ..(-2'').............50''

left wrist:haha......................6.5''................... .............6.5''

right wrist:...........................7 ''.............(-.5'').............6.5''

below butt around both legs:..42.5''...........(-.5'').............42''

around the butt:...................???........................... .......49''

...........................................Total lost: 7 inches!!! .............

haha! Yeah, I'm definately glad that I did; you won't regret it. It's nice to look at when the scale decides to not cooperate

Good job today! Very excited about the inches. But, did you lose a pound also? Thought you were at 219, but then I can't remember. Maybe you wrote about it already and I just missed it...

Glad that you got your ticker to work. I think they are so much fun. I love to see everyones working away.

Thanks! Yeah, I've been bouncing in between 218- 219 for about a week. Yesterday morning I was 218 but wasn't overly thrilled(still excited, but not enough to make a big deal about) b/c that's what I was a couple of days ago. When I see 217 I will fall over! I love seeing new lows! 217 was what I was the day after I gave birth almost 2 years ago. I only gained 12 pounds in my pregnancy and lost it all when I gave birth....only to gain a bunch afterward :/ Anyway...I could go on and on about when I was what weight! It's something that I don't have trouble remembering...but I forget where my car keys are all the time! I wish I would have weighed in this morning, but I forgot!! I was in a rush to get out of the house and I'm at my MIL's and her scale is waayy off from mine(like 8-9 pounds less) It said that I was 210 this morning! hah! I wish!

Day 43 8-10-08

Forgot to weigh in this morning! Rushed out the door to go to my in-laws' house. This was my worst eating day in the last 43 days. I have a feeling that tomorrow I will be up a bit cuz I ate steak twice today. It's my "keep my metabolism guessing Day" and boy do I have it confused!! Haha! I really enjoyed myself today but made up a little bit on the exercise bike at their house.

WARNING: THIS IS NOT MY USUAL MEAL PLAN IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE READING THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!

Breakfast: Grabbed a Kashi TLC Pumpkin Spice granola bar, 2% mozzarella stick, and a glass of Orange Juice...YUM!

Lunch: (Uh ohhh, here we go ) Steak, a heaping scoop of mashed potatoes with american cheese, about 5 mushrooms fried in egg, fish fry batter and oil, a salad with lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and radishes with buttermilk ranch dressing. 1 small dinner roll. Diet Rootbeer(as if that's supposed to make me feel better that it was diet )

Dinner:1/4 piece of steak, 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, 2 small rolls, same salad as lunch but with shredded cheese, Diet rootbeer

UGGGGGGHHHHHHHH! I got up from dinner, cleaned my plate and headed straight to the exercise bike. I biked for 10 miles!!! It took me 32 minutes and 33 seconds. It says that I burned 364 calories...but I'm not counting on it. The bike didn't even ask for my sex,weight,height,...nothing...so you just never know. ANYWAY, it still kicked my booty and I had sweat dripping down my face! I'm not home yet, but I might do my Cardio Max when I get home just for some extra burnage...and to ease my conscience.
