You are doing so awesome, keep up the great work. You've got it together girl. We all need to tweak a bit here and there. Don't forget your weight will be up right around TOM and leave again soon after, so don't let that discourage you. I'm glad you started with fitday and will be getting a weight machine.
Also once you lose a lot of water weight, the loss will slow a bit. Just be prepared for that.
I'll be checking on you.

Thanks bdm You're right about the weight fluctuating. I'm actually considering weaning myself off of the scale and just doing measurements every other day or so....We'll see how that goes. Also, I'm leaving on Monday to go to Florida until Friday...and will prob. be without a computer. I think I might have withdrawals not being able to get on this site! I'm going to keep a written journal for next week so I don't get out of the habit.

222 this morning. I'm at a standstill as far as the scale goes. I'm not concerned though b/c my clothes are fitting better and I feel good. I went to Walmart today to buy another tape measure, since I lost my other one. On the way home from Walmart my husband asked me what I was thinking about. (I am always asking him what he is thinking b/c he's not the talkative type but this time the situation was switched.) Here's what was said:
Hubby (after about 3 min. of silence in the car): What are you thinking about?
Me: My tape measure.
LONG PAUSE.
Hubby: Like, running through a field with it and taking it on long walks?
HA! Had to share that!
Breakfast: Diet Arizona Green Tea...not hungry.
Lunch: 1 c. cooked whole wheat pasta. 3/4 c. of spaghetti sauce with lean ground beef. 1 piece of whole wheat bread and butter. Diet green tea with a lemon.

Dinner: Kashi frozen meal: sweet&sour chicken. 2% cottage cheese, blackberries, strawberries, and kashi go lean crunch....i love me some Kashi!
Went to a party tonight.....I did not have even ONE sip of anything but my diet lemon tea that I brought...nor did I have one bite of nachos or cake or candy or cinnamon sticky rolls or ice cream or chips...NOTHING! I am just proud of myself is all. A friend saw me and told me that I looked like I had lost weight since the last time she saw me....That's exactly what I needed to help get me through the night of temptations...I don't want to undo anything that I've done so far! So anyway, I had more confidence than I've had in a long time. I still have a LONG way to go, but I know that I can and WILL get there. I want to enjoy my 20s! I don't want to waste them feeling like a slob.
Exercise: walking:15 min. 80 crunches. 10 push-ups. hand weight exercises-10 min.
tomorrow- weight machine. and I'll post my measurements.

ha! Well, I guess every state has it's "dirty" towns or in this case beaches! We're going to Navarre...which IMO is very pretty with white sand and blue water. I'll be sure to post some pics in my profile album when I get back! I've gone to Navarre all my life for vacations and this is the "last year" that my dad is paying for all of his kids (He has SIX) and our families to go for free. He says this every year, though!
Where do you like to go to the beach? I bet Alaskan beaches are gorgeous!

I've never heard of Navarre. Is it gulf side? I usually only like gulf side, I feel like the beaches are always much better and cleaner. Also you don't get "MTV BEACH HOUSE" on the gulf side. haha you know the crowd. But before I get too far off topic, I'm back and read up on all that I missed and it sounds so good!! I was reading some other people's pages before yours and it sounds like everyone here has been doing major work in my absence. Get it done!
Don't worry about the scale being stagnant. My weigh in is tomorrow and I have a feeling mine will be exactly the same. C'est la vie. if you are feeling great than what does the scale matter? Plus, I would rather lose inches more than anything else. I'm so proud of you! Have fun in Florida, I'm very jealous of you. I may have only had one week of work, but I already want a vacation!! Have fun!!!!!!!!!!

Alaskan beaches? Haha we have ONE that would barely qualify as a beach by the lower 48's standers! We may have the most coast line but not really beachy. I can go find star fish and weird stuff like that. Does that make it a beach? More like rocky beaches....
