Thankyou, I was thinking about doing this, i just have a memory like a sieve. There seems to be so much to think about at once, but i've managed to sort out the cutting out the boredem food now, pretty much, and more exercise will start tomorow when i start work, which is active in itself, plus cycling there and back 3ish miles each way.
I'm still optimistic, i'm seeing it as a much more long term change this time around, so I hope to see some results at least |

I jot anything I eat down - sometimes it's a sticky note, sometimes it's on my phone, sometimes on the computer (which I email home if it's done on the work computer).
Of course, sometimes it all goes a bit wrong and I forget - but it's the thought that counts, right? |

Rep Power: 13 | | Ahh, just noticed worrying trends in my food for this week so far...
So, i need to cut down (not get rid of completely) :
BREAD, this seems to be a staple of my diet, which cant be good really.
cheese,
Yoghurt,
And maybe stop having soup for my dinner everyday, because i just end up eating more bread with it.
I didnt realise i ate so much of these 3 foods.
I'm glad i kept a record.
Other than that, on the exercise and portion front things are going pretty well
So, i guess i just keep taking it one day at a time. |
