yeah I'm not going to quit...yet. or ever. never!! But I did check out my previous diary to see how the hell I got down to 170s, and it looked like I ate more frequently and better and did minimal cardio!
This time, i'm doing hella cardio/working out and eating shit...and I'm not losing weight.
Sigh* so the diet has to be on key.
Good thing is I just finished all that chinese take-out I binged on yesterday, so I can finally eat right...I want to eat a salad, so I'm going to go buy some fruits and a bag of salad. I'm also going to buy some treats, so I don't feel deprived. Like frozen yogurt. and oranges and apples and bananas

Rep Power: 9 | | | I Need A PLAN. <- How I feel about getting my act together to get this weight loss going. Since I have started this new diary, I have totally upped my cardio endurance though. May it be the distractions that helped, but I have never done cardio this much. I love it! I loveT the cardio, I get super sweaty.
I haven't lost much weight because of my poor diet, so I need to shape up my diet.
PLAN FOR MONDAY
M1: 4oz yogurt, 1 fuji apple
M2: 4 oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup Veggies, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 tbsp Italian Dressing
M3: 4 oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup Veggies, 1 tbsp Italian Dressing
M4: 1 med Banana, 1/2 cup Blueberries
M5: 4 oz Chicken Breast
I'm going to organize my lifting.
Tomorrow, I'm going to do upper body (chest, back, abs) I try to work the bigger muscles, since they use the smaller muscles to function (ex. bicep and tricep)
Also, cardio 60 minutes. Plus, always, biking.
PLAN FOR TUESDAY
M1: 1/2 cup of LFCC, 1/2 cup Blueberries
M2: 1 fillet orange roughy, 1 cup veggies
M3: 1 med Banana, 1 apple
M4: 1 scoop of Protein Powder w/ Soy Milk
If I keep clean, no dirty food, and working out for at least 10 days, I better see 170. (desperation?) With all the fluctuation going on, let's just say starting tomorrow, i lose 1 pound/day.
Let's do it!!! |

Think how much money I can save if I just start cooking...
I'm living paycheck to paycheck + allowance from the mother because of my shopping addiction.
shopping on: food + designer clothing
"they're originally 150, but i got them for 105, what a steal!"
MOTHERFUCKER, THAT'S STILL 105 DOLLARS. |

MOTHERFUCKER, THAT'S STILL 105 DOLLARS. | ....HILARIOUS....HILARIOUS..... YOU got a GOOD plan, I would take some measurements of yourself, to see if you are losing inches or lbs this week,.....at LEAST that way if YOU don't loose all 8lbs this week, YOU WILL notice PROGRESS and not beat yourself up over it.....cause BEATING yourself up causes a ripple that could take days to fix...... ....not worth putting a number on it and WORSE a "TIME RESTRICTION" on a "CERTAIN # of LBS" to be lost in a WEEK........
...i've been doing that to MYSELF my WHOLE life, and those time RESTRICTIONs and disappointment, are what have BEEN keeping me FROM attaining TO BE THE PERSON I SO desire, because when I DON"T attain WHAT I set out to do with SO MUCH hard work, then I GIVE UP......
.....REGARDLESS, time is GOING to pass YOU by, so WHAT is GOING to happen if YOU DON"T lose those 8lbs.....are YOU just going TO QUIT and get bigger.....NOOOOO you have to keep GETTING BACK UP and CONTINUE to FIGHT for WHAT YOU WANT in life....
...YOU CAN DO THIS , and WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!!! .... ...step by step...... |

This time, I WON'T QUIT. I'm back to the weight I started, wow, easier to gain it back, most definitely. Food Log
750am M1: fuji apple, 4 oz Activia w/ psyllium, 1 multivitamin
10am M2: Black beans, eggs, potatoes, little bit of cheese, tortilla (Breakfast Burrito- healthy tho!); 7 ounces of chicken breast, 2 cups of broccoli and cauliflower; 16 ounces of black coffee w/ 2 packets of splenda note: let's just say with this sudden increase in fiber and metabolism........my toilet at home wouldn't have been able strong enough.!! hahaha This meal was very very filling, took a whole hour to eat!
515pm M3: 1 medium banana
9pm M4: 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 scoop of soy protein powder
Maybe it's the fiber, but I am honest to God not hungry. I weighed myself too, once I got home to take a shower after the workout, and I was 179.6 lbs...AFTER THE BANANA....=O! I thought I was at least 182 because of being so full (feeling)
Note: This is a different feeling of full. I am content and full. When i would eat nachos, pizza, fast food, I felt shity full..like my stomach was full of crap. Fiber is a magic-full feeling...I like it.
No worries, I am going to eat again before going to bed! I have some chicken breast and some broccoli and cauliflower left.
WOOHOO for eating healthy! (damn breakfast burrito..hehehe...) Workout Log
830am: bike to campus (2.5 miles)
9am: 9 minutes of elliptical climber interval training, 2 sets of chest press 20lbs, 2 sets of high row 20 lbs
I HAD A MAJOR HEADACHE....don't know why...
4pm: 52 minutes of elliptical climber interval training 5.15 miles
5pm: bike home (2.5 miles)

I gained back weight last week too But Im not giving up either! We'll get the scales moving down again! and LOL about the designer clothing. Thankfully I don't have the shopping gene...what I do have is the "eat out at restaurants" gene. I would eat at a restaurant 5x a day if i could afford it! |

haha! Food Log
800am M1: 1/2 LFCC, 1/2 blueberries
1045amM2: 9 oz Chicken, 1/2 cup Veggies
345pm M3: Banana
845pm M4: 2/3 cup of rice, 3 ounces of chicken, 1/2 cup of black beans, tortilla, 1 cup of hot salsa, and 30 chips (3 handfuls)
I know...I know...what a heavy dinner. I couldn't resist "treating" to a regular chicken burrito. I should've passed on the chips, but instead of living in should'ves...i'm just going to keep truckin'.
1. i chose a regular burrito *applause*
2. i chose chicken *applause*
3. i chose black beans *applause* Workout Log
3 hours of volunteering (I volunteer at a hospital...THINK: PATIENT CARE)
1pm: bike ride to campus ~2.5 miles
6pm: bike to work ~2.5 miles
730pm: bike home ~5 miles
I know I'm such an addict of replying/finishing posts in like the reverse order, so all you viewers, i hope you look back (at least one day) to see the complete and official post of that day.
