Rep Power: 0 | | What type of soy protein powder do you have and how do you prepare it?? I've heard really good things about them but never really considered them...
And I really wish I had a bike, it looks like you get a lot of workout by using it. |

And I really wish I had a bike, it looks like you get a lot of workout by using it. | 1) Soy Protein Powder either in Soy Milk or water.
I'm lactose intolerant. (sucks!)
1 scoop of protein powder
12 ounces of milk or water
I put it in milk if i need to up my calories "meal replacement"...or I put it in water, for some protein
2) Yeah, I learned how to ride a bike last year...and i'm 19 years old. haha! I transferred to a college town where there are more bikes registered than cars....hahaha, i'm trying to experience the whole "college experience" by biking all over town...by doing so, i've made my already sexy calves, super sexy....my left calf is ridiculously hot but my right one is eh...
my first bike's tire was all funky and flat, so i bought this hella nice SCHWINN bike..that unfortunately got stolen...so i bought this "vintage" SCHWINN that makes me ride super fast...i love it. i love it! booooo cheap walmart $50 dollar bikes!

Rep Power: 9 | | | I keep cutting my hair. I'm so weird. I AM so weird.
I used to have hair that covered my nipples, then i had them students cut 10 inches off to donate! yay! good. since then, i just got my hair razored (i hate chinese hair salons- never going again, gave them a chance, they blew it) and my hair is so short i can't even tie it up in the back...wow.
I want my long hair back. REALLLY BAD. This is going to take a really long time. I am so weird...I am such an outcast. eckkkkkkkkkkkkkk.
I'm going to be selling stuff...I'll post a xanga link where y'all can look. COACH BAGS MUST GO. |

Rep Power: 23 | | Bye bye to the coach bags, huh? Bring on the Marc Jacobs???
I'm getting ready to get rid a lot of my old shit on Ebay too... I need to take really good pictures of the jeans I'm selling. Really good posing of the item and good light. Pictures are a must must must!
Don't fret over short hair my dear. It's a proven fact that men usually look at the woman in the room with the shorter hair first, in a good way I'm a big fan of shorter, fun hair on women. I just talked my friend into cutting her hair a few months ago. She hadn't cut it off in probably like 15 years or so (she had been getting it trimmed, etc.)... Her hair was probably mid back length or so. I held her hand while our stylist friend cut it into a blunt A-line and it looks so good! Everyone has complimented her on it and won't quit, lol...

Rep Power: 13 | | | My hair goes down to my waist and it is a pain, but I can't get myself to cut it!!
Before Ghana I will probably shorten it to shoulder length (I would love to donate it, since it is a good 20 inches that I can get rid of, but it is pretty thin down there and not beautiful at all!), because I don't think I can face living in a third world country and trying to take care of this mass/mess of hair!
Have a good weekend! Camy |

Rep Power: 9 | | | yep yep yep!! Sam, I had that sexy A-line
then I went to this chinese salon and he sounded sooo confident, and he used the razor, and i was like "ah---" and he said don't worry
it looked good at the salon, but now? PSHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
To grow out this hair, it'll definitely take 2-3 months before i can get a CORRECT a-line.
i chose to go to the asian place cause they were only 20 bucks, versus the 65 i paid for the upscale salon....
i think i'm going to go to this new place, i read reviews and they have 4.5stars! ...i'll go in....3 months. how sad. i love A-lines..super super sexy. *think victoria beckham*
everyone, i'm still around, trying and trying. i have a bit more personality than constant thoughts of "weight loss"...hahaha. |

Rep Power: 9 | | good news:
I DIDN'T BUY ANY FOOD TODAY.
cause Laura is super broke.
I think i'm going to go on a shopping ban, yesterday i went shopping at walmart for food and school supplies
and went to forever 21 for some $12.50 skinnies......and today i just bought two pairs of sexy ass shoes on naturalizer cause my feet are so deformed >.<
good news: didn't buy any crappy food
good news #2: i made whole wheat spaghetti with beans in it
good news #3: will not go shopping, cause i found it a THRILL to come home to cook...
i got so much food to kill...salmon fillets, beef, pepper jack cheese, multigrain bread, pineapples, skinny cow ice creams, spinach, blueberries...
ahhh...food. i think i should appreciate what i got. AND COOK IT AND EAT IT.
i have an unique taste.....i put whatever in whatever, lol.
bad news: no gym, no weigh-ins. |

i love your blog, you are so right with your theory on being fat..
i am consciously putting in bad foods in my mind. because...i mean, i'm fat anyway, who cares.
although i knew this already, i needed to read it, to believe it.
Thanks wishes for opening my thread again, and congratulations on your weight loss! |
