Rep Power: 12 | | It Snowed today! Yugh. I also skipped my first class today just because It was snowy and cold out, and the class is utterly boring. Didn't get to eat Lunch until 3:30 and only had a handful of popcorn around 10:30. Busy Day
Breakfast (10:30)
2 cups of popcorn: 62
1/2 bottle diet pepsi: 0
Lunch (3:30)
Leftover w.w. penne w/ragu and pepperoni: 415
1 peanut butter, banana, and honey samich on wheat: 360
1 Fage yogurt: 90
1 Diet cherry pepsi: 0

And I feel so happy with myself. I discovered this new site. It's a reminder system that allows me to remind myself with the things I need to do. Having a little something there to remind you everyday especially exercising makes a big difference to my life!. I'm organised, I’m happier, and I feel healthy already! And It’s Free! Rep Power: 10 | | Hey girlie, sorry I've been MIA (and sort of a downer). I really appreciate your comments. Your last one really did make my day.
I have a hard time when I'm actually under calories (that rarely happens) because I use that as an excuse for eating badly, and my calories go WAYYY over just because I'm overcompensating for like a 200 cal deficit. I'm better off just leaving it where it is, because I don't think eating 200 calories worth of potato chips is really healthier than being under 200 cal.
On the other hand, girl you gotta eat more!  I'm sure you expected that.
haha, thanks again for the kind comment, I really really appreciate it. It really made me look at things differently.

I havent been posting here much, even my diet just cuz ive just been so busy but I think Im getting around my normal cal intake now. At least I Hope so.
