Hey!
I have no idea what i'm going to say on here but I'll give it a try!!
I'm Amber I'm 15 , 5'8" 150 pounds and have lost around 80 pounds so far. The first 60 was with NO exercise at all! Infact I stayed in bed 80% of the day! I just didn't eat as much=) I now ride my bike or play basketball with my brother when i get the chance, maybe 3 times a week. If i workout I can lose 3-4 pounds a week, if not 1-2 .
I eat around 1400 calories a day and try to stay under 30g of fat a day. Both my parents are overweight and all my siblings were, my Oldest sister lost about 180 pounds, my brother is struggling with his weight loss and my other sisters weight has been a problem, highest for her being at 180 and lowest being at 74.2 ( she has a rare disorder that runs in the family)
I'm trying to get to about 130-125 pounds. I do have pictures posted in the before and after section if anyone wants to check them out!
Thanks, Amber

Well...the past few day have sucked. Family has been eating out alot and i've been enjoying it way too much.
But today i got back on track, breakfast was a latte with no whip cream,, lunch was a subway sandwich. ( 6" on wheat, lettuce, tomatos, pickles, olives, no dressing no cheese ) Diner was some pasta 280 calories, with 5 grams of fat and then me and my brother went to get ice cream on out bikes which is about 2 mile bike ride, uphill most the way. and i ordered a small vanilla ice cream, they gave me a medium, instead of just eating it all i took off half of it and ate what is normally a small.
