umm... 23 yrs, 5'7'', 245Ibs.
I am not counting
calories but I eat three small portions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I will have string cheese or a banana for a snack if I feel like I need one.
I have pretty much cut out soda, I might have one or two a week. (instead of one or two a day) And I drink more water now too.
besides walking 5 days a week, I have sets of abdominal and back
exercises I have to do by doctors orders. Crunches, left lifting, stretching, etc...
I have a S1 degenerate disc in my lower back.
I lift 5
pound weights to help focus on my arms, but 5
pound weights is all I have so until I can get more. Kinda stuck with those for now.
