hi my name is paula torres. Me and my hubby decided to start dieting this week starting tomorrow.i went to tickerfactory.com and done this so hopefully it works if not can someone write on here how to do it please. anyways i weighed my self and i weigh 200lbs age 31 and i want to be down to 145lbsi will get on here everyday and put down everything i ate. i am going to weigh my self every morning.this is my first time doing this so hopefully i do it right andone have any suggestions pls write me

i have one tip, drink plenty of water, 8 cups a day or more, it helps with the weight loss... and one of the biggest mistake dieters makes is weighing themselves more then once a week. so dont weigh yourself more then once a week. because you cant lose that much weight in one day. and not seeing a difference on the scale can discourage you... you can lose up to 2 pounds healthily a week, so try for 2 pounds a week. some tips for the water, always have a water bottle close by, in your car, in your desk... when you are watching tv have one on the coffee table... it makes it easier to remember and having it close by means you will most likely drink more water!!!
