just so you guys know:
Started in May, 2008 at 280lbs.
I want to be 200 by January 1, 2009
I am now 250(ish) lbs.

I know a lot of you keep diaries, etc. Well i am a web designer/hoster, etc. by trade, and figured i'd offer my services, for free of course.

You want a blog? Do you already have a blog? I can host your blog for you, I use Blogger as my engine, but I host it on my own hosting, and have the domain name setup to my own..

if you guys want domain names, hosting for your blog, etc. let me know I'd be happy to help seems like this is a good community.

i'll probably update here too :-) Writing down good/bad things always helps me motivate to do more and more.
