How to get there - by decreasing food intake and increasing exercise.
I don't know how to count my calories so I'll just stick to what I've learned about weight-loss from various sources.

Thanks for the support!! really means a lot.. i need more will power and i need to be more focused.. I've got exams in a month and im really trying to focus on that.. cant say its actually working but it's gonna have to increase in time..
How to you instil positive thinking?? not just with weight loss but with everything in life.. i have a tendancy of telling myslf and others.. "i hope to get there" "i wish" and never "I am" or anything that sounds secure and strong. I feel like i dont usually stick to plans.. is there some way i can change this??
