Gday,
I am a 21 year old Geography Major University Student
I currently weigh 81 kg (about 180 pounds) (178cm tall). My peak weight was 93 kgs (about 206 punds). I have been hovering around the same weight for a few months now. It has been hard to carry on loosing weight in the last few months due to the fact that I have given up drinking. I have replaced the pleasure of drinking with eating. and believe summer is a good motivation to get to my goal weight of 72kgs (about 160 pounds). I hope to achieve this by 1st december 2008. and believe with not drinking and keeping to a healthy diet I will be able to reach my goal weight.

I look forward to keeping you up to date with my progress and I hope I can get support here to help motivate me stick to my goals.

Just wanted to wish you success on your WL journey. You are so young, which is a big plus as you pursue your fitness goals! Giving up drinking and eating junk is no easy feat, but you can do it. Make sure to get in lots of exercise and BINGO! You'll be down before you know it.
