Well, I'm now starting another new diary! Hopefully this will be the one I don't give up on. I have so many goals now that I am over 40. In June I started working on my weight loss again! I've lost about 40 pounds now but I still have a long way to go. The past couple of weeks I've noticed that I have been slacking off. I've gained back 2 pounds. Ooops. Now, I'm going to spend a week in Cozumel this month. I do feel a little better now but I wish I had focused on myself and my health more a long time ago. Oh well, not gonna beat myself up over it. Starting now, I am a healthy, positive person!
