Day 11

Well I had my chemistry test.. not to sure how that went.. but I'll find out tuesday.. hope it's not too bad.. I'm tired now b/c I didn't get to sleep a lot last night.. bc I was stressed about that test!! but anyways.. food so far today hasn't been good.. I've had half an oatmeal to go bar and some cheese its.. I didn't have time to fix my lunch so I'm waiting.. I won't get to eat til 5:30... I hate not eating all day.. but I have to get on track!!

I did enjoy my cheese.. it was yummy! and I have to get on top of things.. I haven't messed up but I'm slacking.. and I do like mushrooms (usually only deerp fried or stuffed with cheese.. lol but I haven't tried them stuffed w anything else) and no exercise.. I was too busy yesterday studying.. I barely left my room.. and maybe today.. it feels great outside.. But I have already decided I'm exercising on Sat and Sun bc I dont have school or work those day and no excuse!! So hoping it gets better..

Thank you!! I'm glad you like my board!! I spent a lot of time on it.. I thought the flashier the more I'd look at it.. lol And it does help I see it everyday I usually stand in front of it for like 5 mins a day.. and it does help.. makes me want it more!! and of course Idc if you steal the idea.. lol What's your weight now?? Have you lost much?? What do you do (like diet wise)? and thanks I'll find out about the test tues.. i hope its decent.. and I'll try to find your thread and starti posting.. Hope your having a good day!!

Hope the results of the chemistry test are good. I did 3 papers in chemestry at college! I can barely remember a thing, but I can still rattle of the first 50 elements in under 1 minute

Never mind about thhe lack of exercise yesterday. This plan is one day at a time. Tomorrow(today) will be much better!! Dedicating some time in the weekend is a great idea! Why don't you decide what you are going to do and let me know, that way I can keep harrassing you until you do it LOL

Dang Amanda. Your days are LONG. I don't know how you can get any exercising in at all. How do you work 2 jobs and go to school?!?!? I did that for a few weeks and I was sooooooooo drained. Major kudos to you! I weighed in at 182lbs earlier today but IDK how accurate that is. On Monday I was 185lbs. I try to only weigh myself once a month. I was just really curious once I was done working out. BUT weighing yourself right after you work-out is not accurate. My OFFICIAL weigh-in is on November 9th. I can't wait!!!

Diet wise - I've just cut back on my intake. Before when I ate, I ate the calorie intake for 2 people at least. It was ridiculous. Now I calorie count and cut out all junk food from my diet. I actually just had pizza (first "yummy" junk food) tonight after over half a month.

You're doing great so far Amanda!

Yes I will check out the chat more often! It was nice meeting more ppl.. and this is my second chemistry class (3rd if I count high school).. So I'm just sick of it!! I passed w a B in college but I transfered schools and my last school didn't offer a lab with the class and this one I have to take a lab and I couldn't take the lab by itself.. so I'm just sick of it.. So far I have an A though... hope I keep it.. I'll find out about the test Tuesday I'm sure I'll post about it.. and that is a good idea about telling you when I'm supposed to do it so you can fuss at my if I don't.. I plan on Fri, Sat, and Sun FOR SURE!!! and a couple times a day those days.. and the other I just have to make time to do it in the week.. I just plan on walking for now til I get in a bit better shape.. lol

13lbs!! Awesome!! And my days are long.. it sucks sometimes but I need the money.. and I like to stay busy I just moved back home w family after living in a bigger city for 3 years its an adjustment I'm trying to get used it.. lol I couldn't weigh just once a month I couldnt resist.. lol.. But I weigh weekly w no peeking too lol... well it sounds like your doing great!!! I hope your doing good today.. I plan on exercising tonight.. I'll let you know how it goes!

Day 12

TODAY WAS HORRIBLE!! My diet at least!!.. I have to start doing better!!! Ok well today I was at work at 8am work til 2:15 then straight to my other job 2:30 to 5:30.. then right back to my other jobs until 9pm!!! I had no time to eat much of anything.. I had some a 100 calorie pack in my car that I had for just incase and thats all I had to eat and snacked on it throughout the day.. until I got home about 930.. UGH>> I overslept again!! I really just have to get to bed sooner I guess bc I'm never ready to wake up.. and sleep in and don't have time to make my lunch.. my first week was ok.. but I just got off on the wrong foot this week and it messed everything up.. well Im exercising tomorrow!! AT LEAST TWICE!!! Well I'm bummed right now.. So I'm getting off for a little while..

Hey Amanda, dont knock yourself to much about your food intake for one day. These things can't be helped sometimes. Good idea keeping a food pack in the car for emergencies This next week will be much better, I just know it!

Yeah, I have the same problem with sleep. I need to get a lot more of it, and it is so important for the body.

Hows the exercising going this weekend??? Did you manage to get a good walk in??

Thanks guys, Idk what's wrong with me I really want to change! But this week just hasn't been great.. I don't want to keep messing up and making an excuse.. blah.. it sucks.. today wasn't great either.. idk i just get so busy.. I can really forget to eat.. and I hate that I don't like starving myself I know it's horribly bad for my body.. and just stores whatever I eat into fat.. AND I HATE THAT!!! Idk my life is just horribly busy right now!! It will get better in Jan.. when the new semester starts! I know it will.. I have faith.. BUT I'M NOT GIVING UP!! THIS IS NOT GOING TO STOP ME>> I CAN DO THIS>> I'M TIRED OF STOPPING WHEN LIFE GIVES ME LEMONS>> IT'S TIME TO MAKE THE F-ING LEMONADE!! I WILL NOT FAIL AGAIN!! I JUST HAVE TO TRY HARDER.. AND PUT MORE EFFORT IN.. I WANT THIS!! SO BAD I CAN F-ING TASTE IT!! BUT I CAN GET THINGS TOGETHER!! I HAVE TO START EXERCISING.. I DIDN'T TODAY.. EVERYDAY I THINK I'M GONNA HAVE TIME TO DO IT SOMETHING COMES UP.. I WOKE AT AT 11 AT LEAST I GOT TO SLEEP IN BUT I GOT BUSY HAD TO GO TO FRIEND'S HOUSE AND HELP HER DO SOMETHING AND MY MOM CALLED AND WANTED ME TO GO SOMEWHERE WITH HER AND WE WERE GONE TIL 9 TONIGHT.. UGH.. I HAVE TO GET THIS TOGETHER!! Well this started as a post to you turned into a pep talk to myself.. but anyways I hOpe everything is going good!!

Thanks MissJellyBelly I didn't see your post yesterday.. I worked hard on it.. I also decided to buy a dress that doesnt fit and hang on my door and it's only one size too small to hopefully I'll get into it soon.. well within a couple months.. lol.. so this is what I look at while I'm on the treadmill.. lol
