Day 13

Well today was better.. I still didn't eat really healthy but better!! and I also walked/jogged 3 miles on the treadmill.. and it took my 1 hour and 13 minutes.. not too bad since I haven't been a treadmill in a long time.. I walked most of it but in the last mile I would jog for a minute then slow it back down catch my breath and jog again.. and I did that for the last mile.. But I feel great now that I finally exercised!! My weigh-in is tomorrow.. It was Tuesday last week but I want it to be Monday's but I have a little bit of extra time on Monday morning.. but I don't have to work in the AM.. but hopefully it's not too bad.. last week wasn't great... but I plan on getting back on track tomorrow!! anyways that's it for now..

There is a lot of power in visualization. You're on the right track with both the board and the dress.

I'm going to do that too. Put a dress I want to get into on my closet door. Good idea!

You know, Manda, that's a cool idea. Putting up a visual goal, something that you can aspire too whenever you look at it.

I'll have to come up with a couple and figure out how to set it up for my life.

Oh something I forgot.. I orderd Jillian Michael's 30 day sherd yesterday.. only $11.. not too bad at all.. but I'm also on another WL forum and a lot of girls just finished the video and most lost 10+ inches in one month.. not a lot of weight but it's the inches that really matter right?? but I should be getting it will week.. and will start this weekend for sure Maybe Thursday if I get it in time... anyways I thought I'd add that tid bit..

Congrats on walking/jogging the 3 miles!!! You'll do great at the weigh-in

You have such great motivation ideas. LOVE the idea of hanging up a dress. I think I'm going to steal this too!!! Where do you get all these ideas?! I love it!

Let me know how the Jillian Michael's 30 day sherd works out for you. Maybe I'll check it out. $11 is nothing.

Your dress is really cute! I have some jeans hanging on my door that there is NO WAY I can fit in for about thirty lbs, lol, but its great to have that motivation. You sound like youve been doing a pretty great job already, keep up the great work

Great idea with the dress, Amanda. Something in the short-term to aim towards. I have a box of clothes that I love (and used to fit 3 years ago) that are ready for me when I hit 320lbs. I can't wait as my current clothes are revolting. Keep kicking it Girl!!!!

I have a few of Jillian Michaels DVDs. I've done full frontal and backside. OMGoodness does she kick your butt! I love her dvds. I just finally bought a step yesterday so I can do her dvd the right way.

Good for you! Keep me posted on when you try it! She's so cute and adorable in a fiesty way on her dvds. It's like she can see you. lol

Day 14

Well No weigh-in this morning.. not bc i woke up late bc i just felt like poop.. but ill do it tomorrow just gives me extra day.. well actually.. weighing in on tues would have been a full week.. monday was cutting a day off..but like i said i have extra time on monday mornings.. but it really didn't bother me.. i actually had breakfast.. a grapefruit (yummy)... didn't pack my lunch not bc i was running behind.. i wanted subway for lunch which i just finished.. cold cut trio on flat bread>> have you had the flat bread its really good!! and baked lays chips.. so far i've used 16 points for the day.. but i still have to have supper so ill stay in my points today... but when i get off work im going to get on that treadmill maybe 4 miles today?? idk.. i have to decide but last night i really wasn't too tired after the 3 miles just bored.. lol but anyways today so far so good.. and its going to stay that way.. also I can notice my jeans are getting a lil baggy.. i know i haven't lost much weight but they werent tight at all to start w and lil baggy actually i don't like tight jeans.. but i can take them off without unbuttoning them.. woot woot also i want to brag some more I'll doing do great not eating the food at my job.. I work in a coffee shop.. we have coffee, latte, chai, smootie, blended coffee, pastries, donuts, and the list goes on.. I haven't been tempted all all by the food.. although the chai tea, lattes have been tempting since it's getting cold out.. they aren't horrible in pts.. i figured it up and to bad.. but I don't want to get in to the habit of drinking them everyday.. just on special occassion but anyways I'm certain ill update this tonight.. im hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow.... fingers crossed

Thanks, I'm putting down deep.. I don't want to F@*$ up every other time.. I can do this.. 76 lbs in one year I think it's achievable... it's 71 now.. hopefully in the 60s now I'll find out tomorrow.. and steal all the ideas you want.. I just keep thinking of stuff that I really want and finding a way to make it motivational for me.. how do you only weigh-in once a month?? I couldn't do that.. I'd have to know I was doing all that work and something was happening.. lol and I'll be sure to let you know how JM dvd is.. I'll probably post about it everyday... i hear the work outs are tough.. but worth it!! I used to be very active so hopefully it will make me want to exercise more.. I was actually considering not weighing or measuring well I was doing the video for 30 days and maybe i'll have a big surprise but Idk if I could wait that long.. I'm debating.. sigh. and I got it on amazon.. if you decide to do it.. its probably cheaper there.. and I appreciate your support too.. I appreciate everyone's a lot.. but it's different with someone your age and in school and working.. and having a very similar situation.. if you understand what i mean... anyways hope your having a good day!!

thanks.. i love that dress best thing it was onlt $15... you can't beat that right? lol i've been working pretty hard but slacking a lot too.. but this week will be better.. it already started off great!! and do you have a diary thread?? I like to stop by and chat with new people it excites me.. lol and my next goal will probably be a pair of jeans.. possibly a shirt i tend to lose shirt sizes faster then jean sizes that way it seems like im reaching my goals quicker.. its helps me to know all my work it paying off..

Yes I am on weight watchers. I did it when I was younger and i did great on it.. in the past few years.. I have tried lots of different diets I figured why not do what I know works.. lol and I am really excited about the JM dvds.. I ordered 30 day sherd and another one.. it was 5 pack.. i spent 40$ total on both on amazon.. i was happy w the price!!

Thanks.. I'm hoping to fit into it soon.. I've thought about haning different clothes all around the room and getting into them but that way I can seem them all the time to matter where I'm looking from.. lol

Hi. I saw a few of your posts in other diaries so I thought I would come and check yours out. Looks like you are workin' your system. Way to stay focused on what you are after. I like your "bulletin board" of motivation. Very good idea. I hung my "before" pictures with out a shirt on next to my bed so they are the first thing I see when I wake up, and the last thing I see when I go to bed. Very motivating... how can you roll over to go back to sleep in the morning with those staring at you? Anyways... good luck on your journey. I'll swing by to see how you are doing from time to time.

thanks for stopping by I'm try to stop by your thread soon.. and I'm trying I start week 3 tomorrow... and my second weigh-in is tomorrow.. I'm hoping I have a good weigh-in.. hoping for at least 2 lbs.. that would mean I have 60-something pounds to lose.. and I don't think I could put I current pic beside my bed too depressing.. I have an old pic by my bed though.. so I can see where I want to be.. lol anyways nice meeting you!!

Well I had a bowl of cereal for supper.. It was yummy I love cereal.. but not the best for supper.. but I haven't exercised yet.. I'm going to walk at least a mile thoug!! Maybe more but I just feel crappy today.. I think tom is coming and it's making me double over w pain in my stomach... so I'm going to do my best w the exercise tonight.. but I'm going to do it in about 15mins... anyways thats it for now
