If it helps to know this: after working out consistently for five months, tom is sooo good to me now. Hardly get cramps, and when I do, they aren't horrible, and it doesn't seem to last as long I'm sorry you felt crappy today, thats no fun... tomorrow WILL be better!

Day 17

Thanks guys, Today wasn't as bad as yesterday but still not great... I just need to try harder.. I'm still very motivated just feel like crap.. as soon as I get better I know I'll get back on track for sure!! Starting Monday I start my CNA class and its 5 - 9pm.. and I'll have work from 8 to 4.. so my days are going to be long for the next 6 weeks for sure... But I'm gonna hang in there and just stick it through... anyways thats it for now..

Hey Amanda!

Dude...don't be so tough on yourself. You're doing FINE. We will ALL have those days. I can tell you're still motivated and best of all, you're TRYING. That's all that matters!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, your days are SO long. I honestly can't believe you time to work-out at all. I would be so tired. This is so motivating for me. School will be over soon and then I have winter break and I'll be working full-time. If you can find the time to work-out, so can I!

You're doing great, Amanda.

Thanks Jes... they are going to be long and I'm trying really hard to keep my As in school.. but I do know that next semester has to be better!! I messed up at my last school and I'm trying hard to get it all together and get back on track and this semester was major catch up time.. so anyways this week I really haven't stayed on my diet at all but it seems like everyone messes up when they first start a diet until they realize that they are serious about it and i know i am.. so im hoping to all it comes together and gets easier... now I think I'm getting sick.. I've been around a bunch of sick people so i finally caught up to me... so i'm really thinking im going to gain weight back but is really sad but I'm going to keep trying to focus.. but thats it for now... I hope everyone's having a great HALLOWEEN!!

Day 18

ok a thought after downing a load of halloween candy... why did i just do that?? from the combination of candy from my mom and grandma.. i feel horrible now.. I haven't ate a healthy thing at all this week.. blah.. i feel like a failure.. i may have a busy schedule but it shouldn't affect what im eating.. i can find time to fix my lunch in the morning.. the exercise can be hard to fix it but JM dvd is only 20 mins I can definitely fit that in.. but not until i feel better... if i don't feel better by monday I'm going to the doc.. i have to get things rolling.. i can't keep making excuses.. I think after i get the first 20lbs off i won't be stopping or even a noticable loss in inches would make me feel good.. idk i just have to get it together anyway im off to bed..

LOL Joint the club, Amanda I had an aweful weekend due to school Gala and that meant eating BBQ food and pies to keep going for the 14 hour day

Again, Life will always deal us curve balls and even if we slip up, we always have the next day to get back up and start fresh. As JZ pointed out to me, it's not only about the weight loss, it's about a change in your viewpoint. Lost weight will come back on when your stop the dieting. Weightloss when combined with a positive viewpoint and lifestyle is weight lost for good

You are the right track for that change of viewpoint. Keep up the great work Amanda!!!!

You are NOT a failure. Dude...we are ALL going to have bad days. It's okay! You seem determined and I can tell you're trying. This isn't a 1 day project. It's a lifetime commitment. There is no way we can never have candy for the rest of our lives :-P One day won't hurt you <3

If 4 out of 7 days are good... you're still makin' progress!! Slow, eventual progress, but still... PROGRESS! Don't let the lows set you back... get back on track immediately. Say... the past is in the past, and move forward. Don't beat yourself up over "old" $h!t!!! You are obviously commited, just move forward with a new attitude.

I've been sick the past week too. I'm going to the doctor today maybe that will get me back on track... Anyways I'm at work right now.. Just wanted to thank you guys!!

Day 19

Well today was quite crazy!! I did not sleep last night!! I think I got an hour 15minutes at a time.. I couldn't sleep at all! Had to be at work at 8am til 10:45 and I had class at 11 and then had to go to the doctor at 1:30 (skipping 2 classes to do so and a test! but I made sure I could make it up first)... then I came home took a 30 min nap and had to get to my CNA class from 5 to 9. So crazy.. but back to the doctor visit.. talked to her about a few things.. well I had to get blood drawn for my thyroid she thinks I need a higher dose, I have to get at x-ray for my back I've been in couple car accidents and a bad 4 wheeler wreck and that tomorrow morning (can't go to work), and top it all off I have to have a colonoscopy next Friday!! Hopefully everything turns out ok but it has me stressed out and my diet ugh! well it doesn't really exist right now but I haven't given up! I'm just getting everything else back to normal first!! anyways thats my day.. I'm about to drink some wine w a friend we're both having bad days and just need a stress reliever.. anyways I'll probably get back on later..

Day 20

Well I had my x-rays should find out about this week and should find out about my bloodwork this week too.. but I did call about my colonoscopy and I don't have it next Friday just the consultation then and I'll go from there... but I had my cna class last night for the first time.. in 4 hours we covered 6 chapters.. and I had 2 hours of homework that class alone! WOW!! SO stressed.. and well today.. I realized how overwhelmed I was going to be at the end of the 6 weeks after my CNA is over.. and I realized I couldn't add another 6 hours of things to do per day for the next 6 weeks and keep my grades up.. so I called my bosses and talked to them.. I told them I can't work during the week right now bc SCHOOL is ending only a month left and finals are coming and starting my CNA a 4 hour class and if I have 2 hours of homework everynight it's going to be impossible I WON't have time to sleep especially with all me being sick right now.. So for the next six weeks I'm only going to work on Friday bc I don't have classes then.. its seems a lot easier! And I have saved quite a bit in the last 6 months so I can afford it... but I'm still gonna have school 11-4 or 4:30 and CNA from 5-9 but I can handle that and find time for homework.. after I talked to them I was so relieved!! and thank god they understood and are going to let me come back to normal after my CNA is over.. but wow I feel so much better now!! {breathing a sign of relief} anyways, I'm getting ready for class so I need to go.. I'll check back in later!

Holy crap Amanda! You are just woring yourslf into a frenzy here! Relax, hun, breathe a little...

Sounds like you made a tough, but necessary decision on the working situation. That's going to be a little rough when money isn't flowing like you want it, but it is a good move for yor stress level. BTW, seems like you have a boss who is flexible enough to work with you, which is also really good.

Like yousaid it's only 4 weeks... but you have priorities so this is a well thought out move. Good luck!

Thanks Karl, yea I have managed to save some money and I'm sure my mom will try to help me too.. I won't ask for it bc she doesn't have a lot a extra cash but i know she will.. and it's 6 weeks but thats just a month and half.. just means I'm not giving christmas gifts this year! But oh well..

I had my CNA class tonight.. god now we have covered 10 chapters in 2 days and I have test tomorrow and I Have a math test to make-up ugh... I'm just stressed looking forward to the weekend so I can get things together and come back prepared for the week!! anyways I need to study I'm sure I'll be on later when I take a break from studying! anyways I have a ton of homework I have to get started!!

Also wanted to apoligize for not posting of everyone's diary pages I'm just swamped right now
