When you say "safe" i assume you are saying healthy. Probably not the best choice. Is it good for a treat, absolutely. All about moderation. I'm sure Ania wont mind me posting the info. I did use natty PB instead of the reduced fat.


Matt



one 18.3 box betty crocker brownies traditional brownie mix
2 cups canned pure pumpkin
2 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter at room temperature

Directions

preheat oven 350

combine pumpkin with brownie mix and stir

spray a 9 by 9 pan with non stick spray, pour in batter and spoon peanut butter on top and swirl with a knife

bake for 35 mins(the batter will look undercooked..dont worry!!)
Allow to cool
Then put in the fridge for at least 2 hours

MAKES 36 SERVINGS

PER SERVING:1 peice
65 cals
1 g fat
57mg sodium
14g carbs
1 g fiber
9 g sugar
1 g protein

yea i totally given up on the reduced fat PB. I hate it. ugh, i just came to terms with that. So im going with all natural PB. It tastes great and in moderation it isnt that bad for you. healthy fats.

I'm a big fan of the peanutbutter. Love my PB&J sandwiches. I haven't tried the reduced fat PB; I only go with the all natural. You have to be careful, though. Many all natural contain palm oil or such, shich is really not good for you, but still natural. If there is a Trader Joe's near you, thier's is just peanuts and salt. Schmuckers is that way, too, but more expensive.

Unsalted Teddy Peanut Butter is by far my most dangerous food. I could eat it all day but it is so calorie dense.

Sooo..2.5 pounds lost this week. Considering Thanksgiving, i think I did pretty well. I went to the Islanders game on sat and ate half of a soft pretzel with mustard. On thanksgiving I ate a little more then my calorie range. But hey man..I didnt go crazy. Oh btw, Islanders won!!

i only lost .9 of a pound. i didn't really exercise because of school. im almost done with this semester. well it is just a week. at least i didn't gain a pound. btw i am in the 150's though!!

Hey i lost 4.6 pounds since last week. Holy crap! But last week i only lost less then 1 pound. School has been really really crazy! but i am like almost done. But i hope everyone is doing good and all. You guys rock!! ps. i am more then halfway to my goal. i cant believe it.

Nice! That's the good part of weighing once a week. All the daily fluctuations are accounted for and you only see real losses and gains. Way to go!

hey I lost a bunch of weight this week. Well last week I gained about a pound. So I didn't post anything. I ate a lot of rainbow cookies! I love them so much and I couldn't help it. But I am excited to get back to my weight lost. So today i weighed in at 151.7 not bad right? I am almost out of the 150's. I am 10.5 pounds away from a normal weight range. I can't believe that. Oh and also I posted Before and After (inbetween) pictures. check them out!!

I'm around 186 ish and I want to get to 140. It's amazing you're in the 150's!!!

Oh my god, I totally fell right off that wagon! i gained 4 pounds. But I am back on once again. I am going away for school so I want to look good in September. So here I go again. I think I have about 30 pounds to lose. So I am halfway now. I will keep you guys updated.
