I have been doing this weight lost for almost six weeks now. I lost quite a bit of weight already and proud of that! My jeans are so loose already that i can pull them off without unzipping them. I have been sticking to a 1200 cals everyday. Everyday for work i eat out. but i make sure to make good choices. I follow a lot of recipes by HungryGirl.com. last time i weight myself i was 174.8 i plan on weighing about 125. Btw i am 5'3. i am so sick of being fat and upset. i mean for god sakes i haven't dated in like a year. i guess i am embarrassed of my body and my looks. there was one time when i looked great i was maybe 140 and happy. i swore i would never get fat and viola i gained 55 pounds. but i already took that step and i am heading on the right track.
So today was my weight in..and i lost 4 pounds since last week. I was not expecting that. I made super low fat/ low cal peanut chocolate fudge last night. It was really good..if anyone wants the recipe ask me. But I made a mini goal of 20 pounds lost...so I am only 2.9 pounds away. I decided to buy new jeans when i hit my mini-goal. my jeans now like fall off. im so excited to go shopping!!
so today i guess i had a really off day i ate a peice of Tiramisu. It was a really tiny peice though. i needed to stastify my cravings once in a while. Ugh i hope this doesnt affect my weigh in on sunday.
There should be no sad faces for eating tiramisu. It's a treat and we all deserve them. Look at what you have done, you have last 18lbs. That is amazing. Keep up the good work. I bet you wont even notice it on your next weigh-in.
Also, can you share the peanit chocolate fudge recipe?
i had such a stressful day. between full time work and school full time im so burnt out. But after work i did my first run ever. i ran for 6 mins then walked for a min....for about 4 reps. I FEEL GREAT!! i want to run a 5k.
Hey, Ani, I'm glad to have stopped by. Well done with the running. You can definitely get up to a 5k if an old fat guy like me can do it. It just takes some time. That couch to 5k really does work.
i lost 2 pounds this week. i didn't have any candy on Halloween. But i was expecting to lose more this weight but whatever. But you know what like said on the biggest loser "two pounds i will never see again."
You might think it's only two pounds, but those two pounds are what got you into the 160's, right? Now you can look at never being 170 again because of those two pounds.
so i havent worked out in almost 3 days. i have been sooooo busy with school. And its been raining and cold so i dont want to run. im sure my ny peeps here know about the weather. So all in all i feel guilty. but i really mean it when i say tommorow i will go out and run!!
Three days can be tough but i always have to remind myself. There will be times when you can exercise but it's not because you dont want to it's because you cant. There is a difference, if you dont want to it's because you are being lazy or just unmotivated. We will always have times when we cant, work, school, vacations. As long as when you can get back to it you do have the time.
