Well I have been attempting Cohen's for the last week and haven't done so well and someone suggested I keep a journal of how i feel, think, what i eat and any exercise i do - become accountable. So here I am.
I am a 23 year old female from Perth (and it is so HOT here today), I weigh 75 kilograms and Cohen's have set my goal weight at 55 kilograms ... its hard to imagine being that weight its been a good 2 years since i was there and lets just say i got there via a starvationdiet ... ate one healthy meal every second day. But I dont want to do that again ... i feel like i need to do this properly and i really hope i do.
So after a dismal day i am hoping to wake tomorrow with a really good determination to lose the weight and be a Cohen's Success. The diet is hard, but if you stick at it you reap the rewards. I am setting a mini goal and that is to reach 70 kilos by the end of Feb. And I am going to shout myself a new cut and colour at the hairdressers.

Sooooooooooo things are going along quite smoothly. I weighed myself this morning and was surprised to see that i had lost 2.5 kilos ... wow that was bigger than i was expecting. So am now down to 72.5. That set the mood for the day and everything went well. I was feeling really good about myself and had ppl comment that i seemed really happy little did they know. hehehe. Anyway am off to do some housework and get some sleep - bring on the weekend baby.
Hi, good on you seems you are doing really well. I know the cohens diet is very hard but the rewards are big. keep up the good work. I would love to know more about the diet, like the kinds of foods and portions you are allowed to eat. I tried the sure slim one and couldnt stick it out, would love to know how they vary. By the way I am from Perth as well.
