Hey I'm amber and I've lost almost 100 pounds!
But I'm having trouble losing the rest
I'm 5'8" 143 pounds,
Before i was 5'5" 240 pounds.
I want to be about 130
Here's my measurements
Waist: 28in
Hips: 36
thigh:23
calves: 14
arm:12.5 
I'm a vegetarian
I'm 15,
I'm in home school so workouts and dieting is a lot easier

Sooo..
I've been trying to eat about 1,500 calories a day, Today I was really sick and only got about 900 
I don't think I'm going to workout but I may on wednesday, hopefully |
