Erin, welcome, I am honored to be the first one posting in your diary.
I kept looking at your weights and thinking, damn, she really wants to lose a lot for someone pretty light to begin with... Then I saw the 4' 10"... Yeah I'm like almost 2 feet taller than you...
BTW, Checked out your pics, you're gorgeous!
Check out the other diaries. There are lots of people around who you can relate to here. HMM, California and yoga huh? Check out Curviegirlie's little circus of a diary, she'll love you...
We're pretty easy going here hun, you'll enjoy being around.

Yes, I'm a petite one! haha It's the Spanish in me that makes me short and curvy!!! and the Irish that makes me LOVE potatoes lol
But for someone my height - even if I look of 'average' build or healthy shape to people - it's too much for my height (and my ideals, of course).
Aw, you're sweet for looking at my pictures. Thanks
For Dinner I had a yummy salad! Iceberg lettuce with lemon juice of a Freshly picked Meyer Lemon, a little balsamic, delicious! and I had two little slices of french bread. Went to the gym - jogged for half an hour -- good start! Than had a protein bar with almonds and finished off the rest of my water (like 75 ounces today). Also had a handful of popcorn - super unnecessary... but Feeling better already!
Nothing wrong with short and curvy, and the potatoes aren't bad until you add sour cream and butter...
umm... yeah, sweet, that's it I swear, I wasn't checking her out because of the low cut outfits... nope not me...
I do not like Sour Cream - so that helps me! hahaha I like Mashed Potatoes - Yum!
Ha Ha Low Cut Outfits haha I think no matter what my size - I am always very confident in myself - that helps a lot. So, yeah, I do wear some sassy stuff sometimes HAHA
Unsweetened Oatmeal 3/4 cup
with 2 ounces Fresh Blueberries
1/2 packet of honey
Snack:
Kashi Almond and Flax Seed bar
Water:
12 ounces so far
Feeling Better =D
Lunch:
Spinach Salad with Blackened Salmon
with Chopped Hard Boiled Egg, Dried Cranberries, Fresh Mango, and Pine Nuts.
Vinaigrette on the side (about 2oz or less consumed) --- I like dry salads with lots of stuff in them haha
Water:
Ugh - been so busy I haven't been drinking it 'cause it makes me run to the potty every 4 minutes!
Dinner: 1 Piece of Wholegrain Wheat Bread with 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1 tablespoon jam. --- I was in a super hurry to get to my microderm appointment - ugh.
I need help implementing a new gym regime. I can hardly remember anything my personal trainer once taught me and did with me for a month (cause I was far too busy checking him out! ha haha)
I really wish I could get early like I used to so that I could run or go do early Yoga, dammit! But, I will get back to that one of these days SOON.
For now I feel like I'm making good progress. I feel better, and sometimes I have to remember, that is a little more important than pounds lost, inches lost, etc. To say I am my own worst critic is an understatement. I am harder on myself than ever imaginable, and I'm willing to bet, it's not healthy, either. It's who I am and I just struggle to stop, really... I am always pushing myself harder and harder and no matter what I have accomplished I never really "congratulate" or "reward" myself -- I am immediately up and onto the next challenge I set for myself. I know that I really dont needto lose 32 pounds, but, I WANT to and I feel like I HAVE to....no matter what my doctor says, what my personal trainer said, etc etc. We'll see.... I am just very happy that I am doing really well and still eating. It's very easy for me to go days without eating and sometimes it makes me feel isntantly better, than days turn into a week and week turns into a little longer without really eating... it's SO easy for me. Like I just flip a switch and DONE. It's a little scary, actually....lot of information ha
Anyways. On Day 3. Got a super cute outfit on (that fits!), feeling good...
Breakfast: Dannong 7 Benefits Fruit on the Bottom Fat Free Yogurt (Blueberry) With some fresh granola on top....
Hey hon, looks like you are doing really well at holding yourselfaccountable and using this diary as it should be (venting, rambling, whatever). Feeling good about what you are doing is half the battle.
Downed 16 more ounces. Not too bad. Feeling kinda icky right now - tried some raviolis the chef is adding to the menu - good, but now sitting in the pit of my stomach (where I need it the very least!) But the fresh steamed veggies were good... Ugh.
On a sidenote: On my desk, in a very pretty martini glass, I have delicious smelling fancy chocolate and caramel truffles. They sit less than 2 feet away from me on my desk. I have not had one since last week. WOOHOO for willpower!!!!!!!!!!
Ooooooooh Ooooooooh and meeting with a personal trainer (first time meeting him) tonight to discuss options. Let's hope he's not really hot, again! Last time that got me into big trouble LOL We flirted far more than appropriate which made it difficult to truly buckle down and get the job done everytime. Damn sexual attraction! LOL
Lets cross our fingers for an ugly trainer =D HAHAHA
