Weekends are tough for me. I tryed... but did do someextra snacking. I tend to eat from boredom, and I was inside all day watching the kids. I did catch myself, and stopped eating at dinner when I was full, eaven though there was more food on my plate!!!

Also spent 30 min on the bike last night. No weight lifting. I did the last two days, and wanted a day off to rest the mussels a little. Havent weighed in yet....

269 this morning!! Hoping to keep under the 270's.

Still ate more then I should have, but kept my dinner portions under controll. Realy got to up my intake of F&V's though!

Worked out last night. I was tired, but I pushed myself. Glad I did. I felt good after!! 20 min on the bike, and some lifting.

My be going to Disney in May this year... Would REALY like to be in the 240's by then.

Well people I have not been here for a bit. ...


Good news is Im doing GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have not missed a day working out. I spend at least 20 min on the bike. Most times I spend 1/2 hour, and do some lifting. Eating better also. Two pac's instant oatmeal in the morning, and a turky sandwitch and carrots for lunch. Dinner I may not eat the best, but I at least have some veggies, and cut my portions WAYYYY back!!!

down to 264.5!!!!!!!!!!

Well no workout last night. I was WIPED out. I guess one off day a week is OK. I ate real well though. I had two pacs instant oatmeal for breakfast, a half turky sandwitch [half slice cheese, no other stuff on it] and baby carrots. I did have a few PB crackers later on the day as a snack though. For dinner I had a can of soup and 6 crackers.

Did not weigh today.

Well no cardo on the bike last night. Did not feel well after I got the kids to bed. I did do some lifting during the day though!! I have been reading through the stickys on how to do the lifts correctly, and suprise, suprise, I was doing them pretty good! Added Squats to my routen. I had not done them, becouse as I gain weight, my knees hurt. Well they have felt better, so I went for it. Followed the letter of the law, on that sticky, and OMG I feel it!!!! Ended up not eaven using any weight!!!!!!!

Todays weight is 264!!!! I have dropped almost 10lbs!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!! Ya. Im pleased!

Well been doing well. Took one day off of working out last week. Was real wiped out, and my knees were hurting me, so took a rest day. Did not realy want to work out yesterday, but did any ways. Gotta work on my workout. Keep it fresh.

my eating is doing great! Not finding my self craving sweets much, and am only eating when hungry. I am struggling to find the right kinda food though when I need to wip something up. I have to work on that. Its to easy to grab some frozen frided something and pop it in the oven!!!!!! Made a nice chicken/brocoli sturfiy last night!!!, so I am on the right track! Night time snacking is done. I dont eaven have the craving any more!!!

Weights coming off!!

Well been REAL sick with a cold/flu so workouts have been nil this week. Its beed a tough one. I have tryed to keep watching my food intake. Spent a few days home sick, and thats a tough one. I tend to over eat, but I did my best. Weighed my self this am and I was at 257, so Im happy with that

Well still sick. This cold is a doozy, and is kicking my butt!!!

Still no workouts[well unless you call standing up a workout? But still eating well. Watching my portions, and trying to eat the right stuff. Doing a little better, hoping to get a few min workout time in sometime this weekend.

Did a light workout last night. I went easy on the cardo becouse the cold is still hitting me, and the lungs are pretty congested still. Did spend about 15 min on the bike doing lite work, and then I did some lifting. Felt good to be down working out agean. Cant wait till the lungs clear [feeling a little better today] and I can get into a good Cardio workout on the bike.


Eating well. I over did it a bit at lunch, but kept it smart at dinner.

Well still sick.

I was bad yesterday afternoon. Went to Mickey D's with the kids.


We did spend about two hours outside sledding, and shulving, so I got a pretty good workout in anyways.

Weigh in this morning at 253.5 so Im REAL happy!!!! Just gotta kick this cold!!!
